Hotel and staff was wonderful. The best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The only negative is the location. A... little hard to find. Hotels. Com was at fault first off bc I didn't know standard room means whatever is available. I have a family of 4 and they gave us a king room. Then when I asked the guy to change the room he sd he would r give us a roll away bed. My family and left to have dinner and came back to there's no more rooms and no roll aways no extra pillows or blankets. […] Of course the worker who didn't do his job was gone. The stay was great and for the price you can’t beat that. I had an issue with the room but the staff was able to fix it with no problem. Easy access to main HWY’s and Attraction. Plenty of restaurant in walking distance. Over all I would do it again.

Great hotel. Hotels.com booking goofed, though. We stated we needed 2 beds, and they set that as a "preference" on the reservation. We got there, and they explained that it was not a requirement on the reservation but gave us a room with a fold out couch instead...which was nice. Great place to stay if you want to see Johnson Space Center.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Checked in late, had to get up early to get to the ballpark the next day. Front desk assured us that breakfast started at 6am. We were downstairs to eat at 6:30am and breakfast was not prepared, and the staff was rude and extremely lazy to help us get our son fed and out the door to his tournament. Thirty minutes […] after breakfast was supposed to be open, the staff had still not put the food out and was rude to us when we asked if breakfast was available. We paid for it, we should have been able to get what we paid for, and the customer service was awful! After getting home from the tournament, I checked my credit card online and found that the hotel also charged an additional $25 for incidentals. The front desk told us they would 'hold the card in the case of incidentals (we had none)' and it would not be charged. Obviously that was not true. When we called to complain to a manager, we were treated poorly by the staff that answered the phone and management was not available. Do not stay here! Read more

Room was ok. The beds were awful they were hard and uncomfortable. It was cold outside so we tried to turn on the heat and a horrible smell came out of the vents the the fire alarm went off called front desk and the response we got was "No need to worry we get that complaint alot this time of year" We would not book this hotel again!

Air conditioning was very humid like a swamp cooler unless we had the thermometer set to 'freeze'. We were very surprised to have to pay $10 each for breakfast. My reservation was for four and I paid for breakfast with my room but the voucher was only for 2 people, I had not budgeted for the extra money per day for 2 teenagers to eat. After noting that this was a 3 star hotel, we found out that it is more like a 2, there are so many more with a better view of the water or even the city. Looks and feels like a big hospital - not comfy and inviting.
