Checked in a little earlier then check in time room was ready service was excellent and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was not included but we ate there anyways and it was very good.

The customer service was great and the room was very big to my surprise. I enjoyed the indoor pool because it was very hot on the particular weekend I was there. I ordered burgers from the Hotel restaurant and I must say they are to die for. I will be back again soon.

We were very surprised to find that all of the rooms are suites with a separate bedroom and family room area. There were two TVs and the rooms could be closed off which made it nice for relaxing at night after a busy day. Bonus for the microwave, bar sink and refrigerator, all unexpected. The room was very nice. Because of everyone having the double room, it also kept it quiet between guests.

The holiday inn was clean and friendly staff. I do recommend it as a "family friendly" hotel. There were a few things that my husband and I didnt care to much about; the pool was smaller than what we thought it would be. The refrigerator in the room never got cold and there was no way to adjust it. And the single serving coffee package didnt fit in the cofifee maker. But all in all it was great. Great location with plently of restruants within the location of the hotel.

The whole stay was wonderful. The room was very clean and neat looking. The best part was by booking with Hotels.com, we got a free breakfast, eggs, bacon, biscuts, fresh fruit,etc... all good. The only negative thing, there was only one person at the desk, answering the phone, trying to resolve problems and checking guests in and out. I would stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean, comfy bed, good location friendly staff. Nice neighborhood, a few blocks from the mall and lots of restaurants. Six miles from the NASA Space Center. I would stay again. Nice hotel.

as far, as the hotel itself it was clean and in a good location, but i had issues with my room, the fridge did not work, and the a/c would not stay on, it would turn off and on, so first you froze then you were sweating. Did not sleep for the two nights, due to this. The front desk said yes they have been having problems with a/c, so my question is why hasnt it been fixed. So it will be up in the air, if I will ever stay here again.

My 6 year old son and I stayed and this hotel, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Will be staying there again. The only issue was in the room with a king bed, the bathroom lay out was very small.

The girl at front desk maria , 1st said we only had 1 room booked and that the were sold out was not even going to look into it said I booked through 3 party so hotel not responsible , then she gave us are key card we went up to our room our 1st room we got in and there was 1 bed there are 7 of us !!!then 2nd room the key card was not activated correctly when we went down to complain Maria first acted like we just probably didn't do the key card correctly ??!!?? Then I assured her we did! She activated the key again and this room only had 1 bed , very disappointing blamed everything on going through 3 rd party very very disappointed!! then she called my room @1045pm!!?? she knew I had small children with me and called my room close to 11pm ,,very poor staff

Great breakfast and great service by waitress at the breakfast, She served fast and polite. Room was clean, large and bright. I liked the bar too. The only complaint was that the alarm clock did not work. Next day I complained, although they took the note, nothing was done. When I complained again, I was told I should have called for wake-up call and should not use the alarm clock.

My ONLY complaint about this room is that during the night our ac unit seemed to quit putting out cold air. It didn't want to cool below about 76, which on a 90 degree day was not coll enough for us. We were sweating all night. :/ Aside from that, the room was great, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletry sample smelled wonderful too - which isn't usually the case for hotels. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others.

Nice and clean hotel with Excellent staff. Breakfast was the best! It was a joy having breakfast at the hotel as Stephanie was great! She remembered what you had from day to day which made ordering fast and convenient. Parking is in front of the hotel. Easy on and off Route 45. For food outside of the hotel, try the Mom and Pop places as I found the franchise restaurants in the area bland and very boring. Best I had for BBQ was Central Texas BBQ near Hobby Airport.

overall great hotel, super clean, great location but check in time was noon on site and when we arrive were told could not check in till 3... so basically shorted my stay because they ' were at full occupancy last night and would not have rooms ready till after 3." I didnt know i had to check to see when it was convinient for them to have my pre paid room ready... so they take a 24 hour stay and short you three hours...but if you are a preferred member of said club you can get your room on time....

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was super! If I could have I would have packed it up with me! Lol! The only bad thing is that its not as close to Kemah Boardwalk as I thought it was but the hotel itself gets 2 thumbs up.

This was an excellent place to stay for our 3-day weekend getaway during Spring Break. We took the kids to the Space Center, the Houston Zoo, and the Children's museum. The rooms were immaculate, the food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and well-prepared. The weekend breakfast buffet was especially nice. I took one star off on the "condition and maintenance" section because for some reason all of the "common areas" of the hotel (the hallways, elevators, and the restaurant area) were somehow always very hot and stuffy. We mentioned this to the waitress at the restaurant and she said that she would notify someone, but only after hemming and hawing a little bit (like it might *always* be that hot but she didn't want to tell us that was the normal condition). Other than that, this was a pleasant stay.

Our room was great. The staff during the day on the other hand....not so much. The night staff was great and very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Great hotel close to the space center. Indoor pool was awesome!!!!

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location with family friendly restaurants and activities. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Hotel was close and convenient to everything. Bedding was great! However, I do agree with one other reviewer who stated the hotel had a unusual smell (chlorine or old shoe? or some type of deodorizer?) smell that is quite obvious when entering. Other than that, nice hotel.

When I booked, I didn't realize that it was non refundable and when we realized it didn't include breakfast we asked to move to another of their properties that did and the said no. Place was average like other holiday inns but no breakfast... We really like breakfast!

I chose this hotel because I was not familiar with the area and it claimed to have a restaurant and I didn't want to wander around for breakfast. I paid $10-20 more for this feature. The "restaurant" was nothing more than a comparable buffet to other hotels (that offer it for free) but they made your eggs to order. $10 per person, please. The rooms had almost no dresser space. I prefer to set by bags on top of the dressers to keep them off the floors since we all know hotel floors are filthy. The bed actually squeaked just rolling over. The pillows were some kind of cotton wads that cranked your neck all night, but they looked nice. The metal dumpster enclosure doors were loose and banged in the wind all night long.

I like this hotel, because I like the employees here. The only issue that bothered me thoughout my stay, was that the carpeting smelled funny and there was a stale smell throughout the hotel. I suggest that the carpeting be either deodarized, cleaned, and the air be a bit fresher…As you enter the hallways, or the hotel room there is a stale smell, that needs to be taken care of, I have no clue, where it comes from…Thanks.

The room was nice and clean. We stayed in a suite and it was very large and plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 little ones. But the ice machine on our floor was leaking and only one elevator was working and that one did not work well either, made me a little nerves. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But I will say we tried to use the free crib that they provided and there was not a good mattress at all and so our 1 year old did not like it.

Hotel was immaculate... There is a restaurant and bar downstairs and lots of places to eat on the strip around the hotel.

The only problem we had was finding channels that we could watch. too many Spanish channels not enough movie channels, regular channels with good everyday shows weather at night or during the day.

Very easy to find, conveniently located to freeway and shopping malls with many restaurants. The facilities are quite new and modern, check-in was expedited with Hotel.com, and the lobby is quite large and welcoming. Very well worth the price. Only had trouble with a stuck closet sliding door.
