"Warm & Friendly"
Staying hear was as comfortable as staying with dear friends. Before we even arrived Vic, the Inn Keeper, was looking for reservations for us for Dinner. When we got their the room was beautiful and the bed was amazing. Vic sent us to the Goose & Gander for dinner, one word AMAZING and during the wine and cheese hour we spent time getting to know him […] and about the house and it just felt like family. My wife and I were in Napa for a charity fundraiser for veterans and made a trip out of it, boy were we glad we stayed here. Great place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Very nice b&b. Only advice would be to add blackout blinds on the rooms facing the road as you can hear cars all night and lights shine in from all the lighting they have in the front yard.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Comfortable B&B with great breakfast"
My husband and I spent five nights at the Oleander B&B in November 2013. We felt very comfortable from the start after meeting Kathleen, our hostess. Our room was on the second floor at the front of the house and very comfortable. We did not have any problems with noise from the street and slept well each evening. Kathleen prepared a delicious breakfast […] every morning and spent time with her guests sharing stories and information about Napa and the surrounding areas. Kathleen also was helpful in recommending places to eat and suggestions for sight seeing within driving distance from Napa. We also enjoyed being greeted each morning by Max (the poodle) her loyal companion. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

We only stayed one night; Kathleen made us feel welcome and serversd a beautiful breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Inn keeper was marvelous. Room in the back was quiet. Next door to Mustard's. Breakfast was delicious; served family style with all of the guests sitting at a large dining table; a great opportunity to meet new people and exchange information.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would love to have stayed longer!"
A perfect place for an anniversary getaway. With a winery on either side that you can walk to, a wonderful (busy!) restaurant within walking distance, and a fantastic outdoor hot tub, we would have loved to stayed more than one night. And the hostess, Kathleen, was wonderful. Made us feel right at home and the food was delectable. The house was easy […] to find and right in Napa Valley. If we ever make it back to San Francisco, we will definitely stay here again! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great base for a wine tasting weekend"
Location great for a Napa Valley wine tasting weekend. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The full breakfast is delicious and the family style serving at 9 am promotes meeting new and interesting people. Ask the owner about the nearby running walking path on nearby rural road along the river. The rooms in front of inn can be affected by noise […] from highway but earplugs are provided next to bed. Very nice owner who prepares a great breakfast, an excellant location and a comfortable room. The only item in immediate need of some attention is that it needs a little facelift. Otherwise an excellant stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Oleander House - in the heart of Napa"
We just came back from a wonderful stay at Oleander House. Kathleen, our host, made us feel welcome and at home. Her cooking is fantastic. We were treated to a gourmet breakfast every day. It was lovely to sit with all the guests and our host and discuss the local wineries and restaurants. I highly recommend the sunset rooms, beautiful down to the scented […] sheets. Oleander House will be my first choice when returning to Napa Valley. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location for Napa Valley"
This is a lovely little B&B that is directly on the main road that runs through Napa -- could not stay in a better location. There's even a ride road across the street for a nice morning walk. Kathleen, the host, is lovely and makes a yummy breakfast, too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Turn Charity Bike Ride Into Weekend Getaway"

The staff at the Olenader House was fantastic and the room we had was great. We were in Napa for a charity bike ride and turned it into a romantic weekend. Great suggestion for the Goose & Gander for diner the first night we were there. Breakfast was wonderful and the company of the other guests was great. We will go again for sure.

My boyfriend treated me to a wonderful stay at Oleander House. My first trip to Napa Valley did not disappoint. The town of Yountville is great and Oleander House was an easy to access, excellent location for exploring Napa and close to vineyards, wineries and restaurants. Very neat and clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated, we were thoroughly impressed ! Breakfasts were delicious, host was most helpful and rooms were beautiful, private, spacious, super comfortable and well equipped. We felt welcome and spoilt and will not hesitate to stay here again !
The room was large and clean. We even had a private patio which was great for reading in the morning. Vic, the manager was very helpful and even prepared a gluten free breakfast for my wife. The highlight was the breakfast. The food was good and the conversation with other guests was fabulous. Seating everyone at one table made everyone comfortable talking. It has been a long time since we have had this level of interaction with other guests at a B&B. The daily wine/cheese reception was a little weak. There was only red wine (a nice wine) and that worked for me but my wife gets headaches from red wine so we had to break open one of our purchases of the day.
"Comfortable and well located!"

My friend was visiting from Australia and we took an overnight to enjoy the landscape and wine taste. What a perfect excursion and overnight at the Oleander, right on hwy 29, close to amazing Yountville restaurants. Easy touring to some unbelievable vineyards; just a short drive away. The breakfast was excellent and deliciously homemade! Vic was friendly and accommodating

Perfect for a one-night stopover. You can hear the road from the rooms, even in the upstairs ones in the back of the house, so don't expect the silence of the countryside. Regardless, we slept well and enjoyed the breakfast. The owner was helpful with travel tips.
"Such an experience !!!"

I proposed in this beautiful B&B just couple days ago. It was such an experience. Breakfast to staff everything was perfect. Vic and Erin will definitely take good care of you.. Garden was fantastic and of course happy hour with wine. We will definitely come back and stay here one more time. Great location, gorgeous place to stay !!! Ask about wineries to Vic and Erin; they have pretty good database of where to stop eat and taste ...

Stayed at the Oleander House as we received a Groupon coupon as a gift. The house itself is very nice. Our room was roomy and comfortable but the host was rather unfriendly. Also with the coupon was '4 wine tastings'. False advertising. They were not free wine tastings - they were 2 for 1 wine tastings. Our host informed us when we arrived that there would be a complimentary wine and cheese reception from 5 - 7 p.m. This consisted of one bottle of red wine and as I don't drink red wine, requested some white. None was available. Cheese consisted of Velveeta cheese and a few nuts and olives, and everything was removed at 6 p.m. Breakfast, which was more of a continental breakfast - waffles, fresh fruit, a fruit compote and sausages was served family-style at 9 a.m. We were actually ready for an earlier breakfast but it was at 9 a.m. or nothing!

Had a wonderful couple of days in the Queen Suite. Loved the room and the fireplace. Vic cooked the best breakfasts and was very helpful in providing tasting advice. The jacuzzi was wonderful also in the evening. Great convenient location.
"Wonderful Bed and Breakfast!"

I purchased this B&B through a groupon and am absolutely glad that I had. My husband and I had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Napa Valley this is it! Literally, it was the PERFECT location because it seemed to be directly in the middle of all of the wineries. We traveled to 4 wineries on our trip and started North and moved South. Our last one ended up being RIGHT BESIDE THE B&B and it was one of the best ones we went to! Stay here for a great experience!

Enjoyed another relaxing, rejuvenating weekend with Kathleen at Oleander. Checked out the newly painted exterior...perfect colors! Sumptuous breakfasts, comfy beds, great guests to share our adventures with. Thanks for letting us hang out in the upstairs common room so we could catch the Niners game! See you in the Spring!
