  Price wise it was much less as compared to Radisson which is next to it. the hotel offers all luxury amenities. The services is very hospitable.The rooms are clean. I recommend buying the bed and breakfast package as the b/f buffet is expensive and so is the lunch buffet. The best thing of the hotel is location as it's close to the airport and if you are not staying for long this is your best bet. Another advice take the private taxi's which are freely available, you might even get one by asking the front desk as the hotel travel is a little pricey....

  The staff really make you feel at home. The service has always been the best with a great place to eat. After spending twenty days in a very rural area of India it was great to find a hot meal, hot bath and a great bed. The staff in the spa was very professional and helped to get the soreness out of my neck from riding all the very difficult roads in the rural area. I call it my home away from home.

  We stayed in this hotel for 11 days in Februray 2012. We were very pleased with the comfort and the cleanliness of the room. The restaurant food was also very good. The breakfast was complimentary wih our stay and the dinner buffet was reasonbly priced at around $10. The food selections were quite extensive both in the morning and evening. We used the gym regularly and the attending staff there were very helpful. We did not use the swimming pool. The hotel location was also close to the beach (2 km away) and the shopping areas on Anna Salai (Old name Mount Road), Mylapore and T. Nagar. The hotel location is incorrectly shown on the map in the Hotels.com page. Use the Google map and type in the address to see the correct location. There were two inconveniences when we checked in: lack of hot water and Wi-Fi. These were quickly fixed once we notified the front desk. This is primarily a business hotel and hosts a number of conferences and seminars. The meeting rooms are on the 7th floor, and the staff has to work late at night to re-arrange the furniture in the conference rooms. The one major complaint is the noise of furniture being dragged around on the 7th floor late at night. We stayed on the 6th floor and at times the nosie kept us awake. My recommendation is to stay on the lower floors! I would gladly recommend this hotel. You get good quality and service for the price. One last convenience this hotel offers. This hotel uses a 24-hour clock for check in and out. That is very useful for travellers whose flights land or take-off at odd hours of the day and night. For example, we checked in at 2 am on arrival and checked out at 1 am on the day of departure. If it had been a noon check out, we would have had to pay for an extra day of stay on the day of our departure!
