Nice appartments adapted as hotel. It's very convenient to have kitchenette on the room. There's a supermarket and subway station at walking distance. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful, it'd be perfect if they spoke some more English but they made their best efford to understand and help […] us. By the way, ask about how to turn on the water heater before taking a shower because the hot water is not automatic and the heater is inside the bathroom. We arrived just on time at 3 which was the check in time. it was a very smooth, quick and easy check in, we just gave our passport and the key was given to us straight away, no hassle what so ever. I have been to many countries in Europe and lived in many different hotels. This "hotel" - the worst that I videl.14-18.12.2012. Family with a child (14 years old). We arrived at 21.00 on Friday, the reception is not working. Outside, the rain and auto check-in also does not work (did not work for three days!). The room was in the basement and the window faced a wall of parking and the light of a lamp in the window 24 hours a day.We asked for a room with an extra bed, but got one bed for three. The hotel promises a room tea and coffee-nothing! For three guests had only one coat hanger!Internet did not work! and TV remote too!Hairdryer able to get the morning at the front desk.The next day promised to fix everything, gave only coat hangers ... On Saturday evening was broken cooker and light in the room was gone! I called the "attendant porter" and he said he was not in Paris! After the scandal, promised to help and then call back, but he did not do anything!! On Sunday, the reception is not working again!! Only on the third day, we changed the room! Horrible place! Room was clean and have some extra space, bathroom was great. I was really pleased, location is near the metro 8 line. I have had only 2 complaints bed was creaking and there is a construction site near the hotel (as of July 13th of 2012) which starts at about 7h in the morning.

Hotel is only a 5 minute walk to Metro to go into Paris City Centre and only takes about 30 minutes. Also within walking distance is a few supermarkets, by turning left or right from the hotel. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer that you can use for 3 euro per wash and 3 euro per dry. Hotel was good for the location and was cheap enough but we were really disappointed with how dirty everything was. However, the shower and the bed were clean so that was good. The kitchenette was filthy, and hair and chewing gum left all over the floor. There was no broom or dustpan in the aparthotel which was annoying. The upkeep on the hotel needs to be addressed as there were holes in the curtains and the linen. Would have been nice to have had fresh towels in the 5 nights that we were there. For a sofa bed it was really comfy though, which surprised us! It was also really quiet so we slept well. Read more

We lived here for 5 days and the room is good: a small kitchen, a bathroom. Everything is clean. But the thing is they didn't offer free housekeeping service, which kept the dirt inside. perfect for anyone who wants a true parisian feel to the suburbs. convience stores nearby and metro in 5 minutes walking distance (takes 40 minutes or so to the heart of Paris). מבחינת מיקום המלון לאלו הנזקקים לשירותי בית החולים הנרי מונדור 5 דקות הליכה, מעולה!!! גם לדתיים הזקוקים לבית כנסת ולאוכל כשר יש היצע במרחק הליכה קצר במסגרת השירותים של ישיבת "אוצר התורה" . מרחק מתחנת מטרו כ-250 מטר הליכה של כ-5 דקות. אינטרנט הקווי שמתבטיחים שהוא מהיר- איטי ביותר, לא ניתן לצפות בסרטים או בשידורים On-line , גם קשה להעלות תמונות בפייסבוק […] ואיכות השיחה בסקיים עם וידיאו ירודה ביותר. שירות תיקונים לא זמין סביב השעון. הברז במקלחת לא היה תקין לקח להם יום וחצי לשלוח טכנאי שיתקן זאת. אח"כ לא היו לנו מים חמים כל הלילה, ה reception לא עובד סביב השעון, רק שירות חירום, כך שלא עזר לנו כלום, ולמרות 3 שיחות טלפון למוקד החירום שנענו בנימוס רב, הותירו אותנו בהמתנה ממושכת ללא תוצאות ועם מים קפואים. רק למחרת הסביר לנו הטכנאי שמחממים את המים באופן אוטומטי רק ב10 בלילה והדוד לא מספיק לרחצה של 3 אנשים., צריך היה להעביר את המתג בארון החשמל למצב ON קבוע. Das Hotel ist von der Metro zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Bis ins Zentrum von Paris muss man mit der Metro ca. 20 Minuten einplanen, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe. Auch ein Supermarkt ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mir bei dem ein oder […] andere Problem schnell weiterhelfen können. Englisch konnte sie sehr gut, sodass sie Verständigung für mich kein Problem war. Das Zimmer/Appartment war absolut in Ordnung. Es war wirklich sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer hat eine schöne Größe. Auch dort war alles sehr sauber. Toll. Das kleine Küchenelement fand ich auch sehr vorteilhaft. Herdplatte, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Geschirr war alles vorhanden. Auf diese Weise konnte man schön im Zimmer eine Mahlzeit zubereiten. Auch Tisch und Stühle sind vorhanden. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war das "Bett", welches ein Schlafsofa war und bei der kleinsten Bewegung unglaublich laut gequietscht hat und ungemütlich war. Das war garnicht schön, aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr überschaubar und somit fand ich 7,50 Euro zu teuer. Ich habe das Buffett daher auch nur an einem Morgen genutzt. Insgesamt fand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich toll. Wenn man den ganzen Tag über unterwegs ist und quasi nur einen Schlafplatz sucht, kann ich das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Es ist sauber und es ist alles vor Ort. Read more

The hotel was near to the metro station and there are some small markets around. The samll kitchen inside the room was extremelly convenient! But we stayed more than 5 days and our room was never cleaned, and it was hard to find someone at the reception...The hotel is far from the city center but it's a good option to save money.

Det er vigtig at påpege at dette hotel IKKE ligger i Paris, men i forstaden Creitail. Da vi boede der i juli 2011, var der ombygning på metrolinjen, der ligger tæt ved hotellet, og det tog derfor over en time at komme ind til Cité (Hvor Notre Dame ligger). Det skal også bemærkes, at det ikke er et hotel, men et apartmenthotel- det vil sige, at man skal […] gøre rent efter sig selv, og selv gå ned med sit skrald. Derfor var der temmelig beskidt på værelset. Tilgengæld var der et lille køkken på værelset, så man selv kunne lave mad. (det skal bemærkes at der er service men ikke viskestykker/ karklude og rengøringsmiddel). Betjeningen var god, dem der arbejdede der var søde og rare, og meget hjælpsomme. Der boede meget få turister, men mange franskmænd, der boede der imens de arbejde i Paris. Kvarteret var fint, hvis man ikke er ude efter klokken 22, hvor man godt kunne føle sig lidt utryg som turist. Hotellet er fint til folk der ikke har noget imod at bo udenfor Paris, og gerne vil bo i en lejlighed og ikke har noget imod at kvarterets beboere stirrer ugenert på en, når man går på gaden. Godt hotel, til en rigtig god pris. Rent, men en lille smule sølle og så er sengene ikke de bedste.
