"Disappointing service and cleanliness"
When we first went into our hotel room, there were flower petals on the floor and a hand written note about a new years party in the refrigerator. It seemed like there was party the night before and a few things didn't get picked up. This was a little frustrating because we had just upgraded our room to a suite. Overall the rest of the room was really […] nice and seemed clean though. When we got home and checked our bank account, they had charged us an extra $100. When I called to ask about it, the lady I talked to couldn't do anything about it and said she would have someone call us back. When I entered the doors of this hotel on Friday 11/16, there was no one at the desk but I kept hearing voices. I called out "Hello" 6 times before someone even acknowledged me. "Great stay!"

Would not stay again. Hotel is less then a year old, but it was like staying in one 30 years old. Hard to sleep when I could hear everything being said in the next room and in hallway.
