Very nice place to stay, but the pool was cold and had too much chlorine in it. Not a very big deal but still made the pool un-enjoyable. Staff was very professional, breakfast was very good. I would stay there again. Just off of 69, extremely convenient to get to.

First, let me just say that we got this room at a discounted rate through hotels.com. We were on our way home from visiting family in Tennessee. We usually stay at a La Quinta in Indy, but thought we'd try something new and this seemed like an easy way to "upgrade" our stay on the way home. We were disappointed. Positives: Breakfast was better than […] we get at the other chain, and it's just off I-69. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Negatives: The lobby and hallways were dirty. Not filthy, but not clean. The elevator smelled a bit musty. The room was nice, but small things like the ceiling in the bathroom being scuffed and water stains on the tiled floor. So far, not too bad, but not at the full priced nightly rate the room is supposed to go for. Worst of all was the pool. The ceiling was cracked and rusty, with water leaking through and pooling on the floor. The floor around the pool was disgusting: Hair, small bits of paper- looked like it hadn't been swept in at least a week. The water was cloudy. The morning of our stay we were the first people in the pool in the pool: there were jelly beans and hair scrunchies in the water. Gross. Overall, I won't be coming back and would not recommend. The hotel was close to all the things we wanted to do. We had a rom by the elevator and couldn't even hear it. The breakfast was great. On Saturday breakfast was suppose to be over at 9:30 and the lady working saw some late comers so she put more food out. I think they went above and beyond to make the stay one to make you want to come back.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and does a wonderful job. Breakfast was good, although could extend beyond 9:30 for those of us with families who have trouble getting up early :) My only complaint...if you could call it that, is that a small fridge in the regular rooms would be nice for keeping cold items. […] Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend to friends and stay again myself. The night we stayed here the hotel was full of College cross country runners. It was very quiet and everyone was sleeping. In the morning though it was amazing how much you could hear. We are morning people so we were up anyway, but I think if there was a noisy group staying at the hotel, the noise could be a problem.

I had a business conference in Fishers, Indiana and was booked this Hotel because everything in Fishers was booked during the week I needed. That was my fault for waiting until the last minute. The room was spacious, as was the bed; but there was a smell in the room when we arrived, maybe it was due to the a/c running, and the pillows were not very good. There were two firm and two soft pillows and my wife and I had a difficult time sleeping due to the pillows.

The hotel was was nice and obviously newer. The environment was quiet even with a reception in the breakfast area two rooms down from our room. The only issues we had were the air conditioning took a while to cool the room and we had to ask for more shampoo.

Everything was great, except the room had a strong odor of something. We were tired and didn't complain and we got used to the smell. There were a ton of kids there for a Winter Guard competition, but they settled right down and didn't keep us awake. I know the manager on duty seemed concerned, but they did great.

This hotel was a great experience, as everything was neat and clean, and was close to numerous stores and restaurants. It was not hard finding something to do, or places to eat, and was extremely relaxing once I got back to the hotel.

I stayed here to get out of the city. It is only 30 minutes from the stadium - easy access to the stadium from here. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, a number of good resturants in the area. I would stay here again.

Very clean, close to food, shopping, and casino. Friendly front desk clerk. We didn't use the pool or eat breakfast, the motel was over run with teenage girls on a retreat weekend. The girls were very loud but that wasn't the motels fault. They gave us a room as far from the teenagers as possible which helped with the noise. The only issue we had was […] housekeeping knocking on the door every half hour wanting to clean the room. Check out was at noon so I have no idea what the rush was. “Unimpressed Stay for BSU Family Weekend” Sep 26, 2011 Fstlane09 We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to BSU. The room was clean, linens were also clean, and the pillows were marked for sleeping preference. After the football game, we returned to the hotel ready to relax. Upon return we discovered that our key card would no longer access […] entry into our room. Fearing the worst, my husband obtained a new card and apologies from the front desk. Apparently, many rooms were entered incorrectly as a one night stay only. We sought refuge to the pool with drinks along the way. We discovered that the ice maker on the third floor was not working and it was best to climb the stairs to another floor. The elevator is often busy and the only one available. We arrived at the pool to discover there is not a Hot Tub at this facility. The pool, well... it was HAIRY! The filter was not running and possibly big foot himself had visited prior to our arrival. Hair on the side where people had strung it out, hair floating in the water! yuck! Scale deposits line the entire pool as it has not been cleaned and maintained. It smells bleachy, and is warm in the pool area, but how disgusting!!! We observed a woman attempting to operate the treadmill ... she eventually had to obtain a key from the front desk to make it work. Other equipment was broken. The breakfast was instant items. Instant made gravy, biscuits, eggs. The cinnamon rolls, bagels, and milk were safe. Room was okay. Desk chair was permantely fixed in the lowest position, and the toliet has a power flush system that decides to fill and flush and the most inappropriate times... like Not when it needs to be flushed. Overall, I would expect better quality and maintence from this newer Holiday Inn. It is not being maintained and is quickly deteriorating. For the price of a nightly stay the facilites were a diappointment and I was left feeling UNimpressed. Read more

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Casino is a mile away and a shuttle picks you up right at the hotel, takes you to the casino and then brings you back whenever you are ready to return. Also, hotel serves a great complimentary breakfast in the morning.
