It was great, good price, liked the free breakfast, just a bit dated but over all it's a good place to stay, We just found that the mattress was not as comfy as it could have been. I would stay here again.

Overall it was good, some things in the room were a little outdated. While in the lobby they had nice big flat screen TVs, when we got our room the tv was this big old TV that took a few minutes to warm up and turn on. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and the room was slightly cramped because of the out dated large TV, dresser, ect.. But overall the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. No major complaints. I wouldn't have any issue staying there again in the future.

w got a poor room cause we had an 8 week puppy with us,,the have much nicer rooms,i quess thats their policy..I dont feel that the treatment that we recieved from the housekeepers was dererving,they kept banging on our door,im quess they wanted to clean the room it was fustrating,I have never experience this before,finally at exactly at 11:00 am they […] were really banging at our door and I finally said give my 5 mins to get my things together,the bathroom towels were extremely rough ,I mean really rough,comfortabl rough. not good. I had only one slight problem with the room: I would have preferred a desk or table to the two large airchairs. If you're travelling between maritime Canada and Boston or New York, Bangor/Brewer is an ideal stopover, Vacationland Inn is spot on for this, Comfy quiet room, very clean. It's in process of a makeover but this doesn't detract from its existing style which is perfectly adequate and a great price that inckudes a sustaining breakfast.
