We travel with an child and dog so look for certain things. The pool is small but the waterslide made it alot of fun. The greenspace around the hotel not bad if you are a walker. You could walk many blocks with green boulevards and trees so the dog had somewhere to go. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Location was a bit of a drag because it was much further down Deerfoot Trail that I had anticipated which left us stuck in traffic for quite a while. The slide was great and the kids loved the family suite. We had great service with a smile. The staff was so friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they were wonderful!! The slide was a blast for the kids. At first we were a tad disappointed that the pool wasn't bigger but we soon forgot all about that. They had a blast!! My only compliant was the family suite in the all the pictures claimed […] to have a bunk bed. After getting into the room we realized it was a bunk bed, but it had been taken apart. Which at first was a dissapointment for the kids but with all of the other fun attraction that Calgary has to offer they soon forgot about it. :) An overall fabulous experience with the best staff that I have ever come across in a hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Water bottles and chocolates are a nice touch. My boys enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Complementary breakfast was very good, the french toast was delicious! I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel looks great inside and out. The staff at the counter were great. When I reserved a one bedroom suite I expected the bedroom to be completely separate from the living area and it was not. It seemed to me that after building the hotel they ran out of money. If you are going to offer breakfast and your hotel is full and extremely busy, make sure you have enough food til 10am. And someone should actually check to make sure the waffles and French toast are actually done. The staff at the breakfast counter didn't seem to care if there was enough food til 10am. I paid less money for a bigger room at Country Inns and Suites and had a much better stay. You should stay there sometime to see what they are like. Read more

Excellent bargain and location on the southside of Calgary. Close to Fish Creek Park and Deerfoot Trail with quick access to downtown and the Glenmore Shopping area. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent service and friendly staff.

We booked here because it was on the south end of Calgary and convenient off the freeway - it was the midpoint of a long drive for us. We booked a family room that has a separate room with bunk beds for the kids and a queen bed in our room, and it was perfect. The kids LOVED the waterslide and pool, too. The nearby restaurant at the casino was not good, however. I would eat elsewhere next time. Mohave Grill was overpriced, undercooked, sub-quality food, and the service was positively terrible. We actually left without eating our main course (and still spend $80 on barely passable appetizers and mediocre drinks). Stay at the hotel, definitely. We only had a superior room but it was great. A huge bed. Breakfast was a full buffet which was included so that was a bonus and parking was easy as well. The only thing we didn't like was when he opened our curtains we were looking into industrial bins.

Service was perfect. Hotel is very very clean. Perfect location for race city participants from out of town. I have and will highly recommend for future events. Rates are cheaper than Glenmore Inn's claimed race city discount. Hotel is 100 times nicer than Glenmore inn. Will definitely be returning again.

Better than most three stars. In very good condition, clean, and quiet. We really appreciated the couch in the room. We did not use the pools so cannot comment on them. Beds were a little firm for my old back.

Recently my wife and I stayed at this Inn over night. Our room was ready.The pool was excellent,clean, had a shower for convience the Hot Tub was hot! Not luke warm as some are. For meal we went to the Mogave for meal which was a bit expensive but all in all worth the meal in itself. The Shuttle service to the Casino was a nice, and better then yourself […] driving! The Hot Breakfast the next morning was just GREAT! Hot meal (bacon,eggs, sausage patties) with cereal, fruit drinks and coffee ( which was not water down) Couldn't ask for any thing better! Didn't have to drive around looking for a meal !!! Would I recommended this Inn, a big Yes, would I stay here again I would say a BIG YES! I wish other Inns provided this type of excellent service! We booked this room for a quick weekend away because it had a jacuzzi. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine. The front staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The pool was a little small and the slide very fast. My older children had a blast, but the younger ones were to frightened to go down the slide, even with me. The hotel is in an industrial park and is affiliated with the casino next door.

We live only 5 minutes away but I wanted to treat my daughter to a special NYE. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and service. Free water bottles in the rooms, large flat screen TV, a fridge and robes to use during the stay. The fitness room was small but clean, there were 2 treadmills and elliptical and a weight machine. The elliptical was […] not functioning properly. The pool, small and clean, the children there seemed to enjoy the waterslide, there were plenty of towels. I found the beds a bit hard. (We had 2 queens). At exactly midnight (NYE, of course) a herd of tweens thought it was funny to run through the halls shouting and blowing noisemakers. I called the front desk and I didn't hear from the revellers again. Perhaps thanks to the hotel staff, perhaps thanks to their parents waking up. This hotel is located right next door to the Deerfoot Inn and offers a free shuttle on demand. The Deerfoot in has a great casino and offers terrific shows. Read more

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean lobby and room. The room was larger than I expected it to be. The only thing that I would of liked to of had was a pillow-top bed. We stayed in the jacuzzi room for a date night and found the bed that they had a little on the hard side.

Customer service was professional. When checking in personnel were polite and personable. Prompt service. The only downfall was that the water slide was way too fast for small children (1-2 yr olds) even with parental accompaniment. My family and I would definetly stay here again and have recommended this hotel to other family and friends.

Good Service, nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only complaint is that the pool is very small. It is impossible to enjoy the pool when the water slide is being used. The pool was too cold also. We picked this hotel to stay at as we wanted a pool for our children to be able to swim in. Nice hotel otherwise.
