This is a dorm so don't expect much. Painted brick walls, minimum amenities. The bathroom is very small, no tub. The night we were there, a game was going on and there were students everywhere, running, yelling, jumping. Typical college party atmosophere. The rooms are big, but the beds are not very comfortable. Overall, OK stay.

This hotel is like a student dorm room with cement block walls and no carpet on the floors except in the hallways. It seemed clean except for the shower. This hotel is really a university that is not used as a dormitory for college students in the summer. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the dorm room was actually nicer than a hotel. The rooms were very clean, had comfortable beds, and nice down comforters. There was also a free continental breakfast each morning served in the lobby area with bagels, cereal and fruit. Perfect for our group. It is located only 20 minutes from the falls, which we loved because it was away from the tourist areas and yet easy to get to them if we chose. This was a nice inexpensive hotel. Other than the housekeeping not doing a good job of cleaning and NOT making the bed,.. I would say it was an ok hotel. I needed a room with kitchenette, and I thought that that's what I payed for, when we got there none of the rooms were equiped with kitchenette, but manager gave me a microwave oven with no charge for it ... It is a place to stay especially if you plan to be out most of the time. The two bedrooms are suitable. Kitchen has sink, fridge and microwave -- no dishes or silverware. Two chairs at a small table. It was busy at breakfast -- we brought our own and ate in the room. Bring your own amenities like shampoo and soap. We were there to work in the area so […] it worked out well. If you are looking for a warm "vacation" hotel look elsewhere. I would stay again - have family there and only use it as a place to sleep. I was so happy to get a room at such a great price. We also had the handicap room which was perfect for my mother.The only thing is the shower curtain had mildew on it, and the bathroom could have been cleaner but i would still give it a very good rating.

The beds were very comfy, I had a great sleep. The Continental Breakfast was great, a little of everything. The rooms were clean and enough room for 2 of us, had our own room, double size bed, T.V. - It was all good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much.

Although the hotel was located in a good place (near to good restaurants, nice neighborhood), I didn`t like the fact to divide the floor with Niagara College`s students. The cleaning of the room was not very nice, as well as it wasn`t very comfortable. But comparing price it was overall ok.

We stayed there for 3 nights. we didn't expect a lot when we first check in. The first night is ok. The second day when we were back, the bed was made, but there were no towels in the bath room, we called the front desk, she told us to pick up some there as they run out of towels. (can't believe RUN OUT of towels in a hotel.) my kids room, the bed was […] made but didn't change the bed sheet, even the juice stain was obviously there. I called the front desk and did it by myself. the worst thing was the last night we stayed. we came back late around 10:30pm, when we opened the door, nothing has done except the bathroom. Whole room looked mess, didn't clean the floor, didn't make the bed,(the dirty bed sheet from my kids room, still there sat on the floor, not even take it out when the housekeeper cleaned the bathroom) didn't clean the counters and table. I went down the front desk to talk to the receptionist, nothing help except an apology. I understand it's not an expensive hotel, but that's a basic service we suppose to have. That's the worst hotel we had even been. definitely no recommend this hotel to others. Read more
