We found the room very clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels were of superior quality.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Visiting Olympia Nat Park"
In comparison to many places I saw ads for in this town this one was a solid fit. Not overly expensive, run down, and more convenient than places in Soqium (sp?). The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The HBO channel did not function, but we were not visiting to watch TV. Other people appeared to enjoy […] the clean (outdoor) pool and hot tub. Right next door to the East is Bushwhackers (steakhouse) with good food and atmosphere and an easy walk to / fro. The breakfast was fairly standard but I would have liked to see a bigger variety. (Only 2 types of cereal, no eggs, sausage, or bagels, and could use a second waffle maker.) Over all a decent price for a decent place to stay if visiting the area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Adequate for one night stay"
The room was a typical generic hotel room. The bed was "firm." So firm I awoke every two hours aching from lying on it and I eventually padded my shoulders and hips by lying on pillows. Although the hotel wasn't remotely full the desk clerk put all the guests in adjacent rooms so there was the constant noise of running water and slamming doors through […] the paper thin walls. The complimentary breakfast was minimal and unimaginative. For the same price we spent the next night at a B&B with beautiful grounds, a comfortable bed and a home cooked breakfast. "Ok Hotel poor breakfast though."
I had a room with 2 queen size beds they were clean, it also had a nice flat screen TV but their was no movie channels, and the continental breakfast was very skimpy even for a continental breakfast. Then to top it off the coffee tasted like hot water.Genuine Expedia guest review
The 2 queen room was surprising big! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was busy and still very helfulGenuine Expedia guest review

"Decent budget stay"
Spent a night here before catching a ferry to Victoria. Convenient, acceptable stay...no major complaints.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
All was fine, but there was no early check in, even an hour ahead of check in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I stayed two nights right before Labor Day weekend. I booked a room two weeks ahead. But already no other hotels/motels had rooms available. It's about 13-14 blocks east from the center of downtown but along US-101(actually between west way [Front St.] and east way [1st St]) w/ 35mph limit. I was worrying about noise from the streets. My room was on […] the second floor facing Front St. but it was bearable since the window and the door were not too old. I experienced much worse situations in the past at cheap motels. The room was reasonable with a frig, a micro-wave, and free WiFi. Nothing special but nothing bad either. It's a little pricier to me at this class of motel so I rated 3. Breakfast was good and close to a good restaurant. A little loud (by the main road) but the price was right.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Could use a bit of fixing up"
Days Inn in Port Angeles could use a splash of paint, some new furniture and better lighting. The carpets in our room on the first floor were worn and badly stained. Interior lighting was poor making it difficult to see without opening in the curtains. The building is sandwiched between east and west bound highway 114 and road noise was a significant […] detraction, especially in the morning hours between 6:00 and and 9:00 am. With a bit money spent on improvements, Days Inn would be a nice place to stay before catching the ferry or continuing on to the coast. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"close to ferry to Victoria"
Area not great--hotel run down.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Comfortable room and beds. Nice waffle breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. We stayed a second time at the end of our trip. Though a bit noisy outside the rooms, it was comfortable and quiet in the rooms and we got a good night's sleep. Would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
Highway traffic was noisy. Malfunction of AC woke us all up in the middle of the night. Breakfast area had no traffic flow and was so crowded that we did not stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Just an okay place to stay. Nothing special..."
The prices charged for value were way out of whack... with prices vastly exceeding value. I think they take advantage of locale vs late nite arrivals of the ferries from Victoria.Genuine Expedia guest review
Average room, comfortable enough. Had a good sleep when the people above us finally quieted down.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel close to Hurricane Ridge"
First room was on the second floor close to the road, very noisy. Asked to change rooms, very accommodating, second room on first floor in a quiet area away from any road noise. Wifi was a problem, again, staff quickly helped. Breakfast was okay, mostly cereal, waffles, bread, muffins, and yogurt and coffee. Would have liked some protein choices-- eggs, […] (cooked or hardboiled), sausage, or bacon. Room was clean but carpet and bathroom were very old and dated and stained. Overall, high price for what we are used to getting for that kind of price. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not the cleanest"
Overall experience was okay. The bathrooms were kind of moldy which was disappointing. Breakfast was the chain hotel fare and had sufficient choices but the setup but was a little cramped. Will try a different place if I go to Port Angeles again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Decent basic hotel"
In high season, crowded & busy. Breakfast mediocre. Housekeeping just adequate.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Our stay at Days Inn in Port Angeles"
Room had stained and dirty floors. Grout in bathroom was especially bad around the toilet. However, the bed was outstanding! The dining area was too packed with guests to enjoy the continental breakfast but McDonald's was close. Had to request ironing board and iron, but the board was a small one designed to use on a table. However, there was no table […] to rest it on. Way overpriced for what we received. "Good loacation, but...."
Coffee pot was not cleaned, the damp coffee packet was still in place from the last guest. Walls were dingy, could have used a scrubbing, especially in the bath room aroung the switches. Definately over priced.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good hotel for the price"
I have no complaints about the stay. But, Some things could have been better.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Easy access to Olympic National Park"
Sufficent, convenient location to explore Olympic Penninsula. All other hotels were booked for a short notice trip, but this hotel was as expected - a place to sleep after a long day hiking, exploring, etc.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't leave personal items on the bed"
We travel frequently and stayed here 2 nights. The cleaning staff would not clean our room because a suitcase was left on the bed. This is the first time anything like this has happened to us after many years of using different hotels. When we asked why, we were told that they are not allowed to touch anything that belongs to the guest. Does that mean […] if one of our boys leaves a sock on the floor, they cannot vacuum the room? Ridiculous! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nearby hotel to stay for Olympic National Park tri"
Overall, it was a decent hotel to stay in, and the breakfast was good (there were so many people though during the time we went). I think I got what I expected, a decent, clean room with no surprises.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good place to stay while exploring penisula"

Okay breakfast. Clean room. No complaints.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Standard amenities, but seemed overpriced."
At check-in our clerk was very friendly and offered suggestions on where to grab a late dinner. However, the hotel room was very dark and just felt grubby. I would recommend this place to hikers or people who don't plan on spending much time in their room. The pool was clean and received an entire afternoon of sunlight in mid-August, but the hot tub […] smelled too strongly of chlorine. The free breakfast was also standard, but understaffed during our stay as the set-up was constantly running out of utensils, yogurt and coffee. They definitely need to invest in a second waffle iron to cut down on cranky strangers getting territorial in the cramped breakfast bar. I would even suggest having someone on staff just churning out waffles from behind the bar rather than setting it up for inevitable slow and awkward waffle making by guests. "Met expectations all around."
Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely make this my default lodging in Port Angeles.Genuine Expedia guest review
"An okay hotel but pricy."
Room is fine. Breakfast area is crowded. Based on the price, you would expect something better.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice folks, worn older motel."
Employees were very nice, but this is an older worn motel. It has outside entrance to each room. Seemed that the rates were high for the quality of the rooms. Our bathroom smelled unclean, linens and curtains were very worn. Not much available in this area for accommodations. Very convenient location for a trip to Hurricane Ridge and nearby hikes.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not well built - very poor quality."
Very, very noisy. Paper thin walls. It is a lot like camping - you hear everything - like the highway and anyone walking/talking/etc. nearby. Not a cheap motel - they should have spent more on construction.Genuine Expedia guest review
Comfortable room with a view of water. Reasonable value at room rate.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Two nights in Port Angeles"
Port Angeles is a cute little town and we enjoyed our stay, however, the walls in the motel were filthy and needed some touch-up paint in places. The room air-conditioner/fan was difficult to operate and keep at a particular temperature. The staff was EXCELLENT! The complimentary breakfast looked good but the area that was set up with all the breakfast […] stuff was too small and discouraged us from participating in that option. The room was nice...no complaints from us about it. Wifi wasn't worth a darn. The kids liked the pool and service was great. We were attending a car show and the motel was real close.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Only for Olympic"
Being near Olympic National Park is the only thing that made this hotel...otherwise, would never stay here. For the price is was ok and convenient...Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"An OK place for one night"
OK for a one-night stay if you just need a place to sleep and are planning to be away touring the region for the day/evening. Ask for a room with the least exposure to street noises. The breakfast is basically starchy carbohydrates if that is what you like.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, but needs updating"
Clean & adequate. Needs updating. Served the purpose, but overpriced for what it was.Genuine Expedia guest review
"go for the location not the rooms"
great location close to Olympic Nstionsl Park but the hotel itself is merely adequate in its price rangeGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good hotel for the price"

"Bloody Box Spring"
My box spring was COVERED in blood. I wrote Days Inn to voice my concern and never heard word-one from them. My entire family slept on the second bed because it was too gross to ignore. NOT what I wanted to see in a hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The quality of the hotel did not match with the high price. Must be the location is close to the ferry.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great front desk staff. Good location. It was clean and we felt age. Would stay there again, as the price was good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
