This is the definite airport convenient hotel. They will pick upDrop off for free a savings of 15 euro each way. While it isn't close to Thessaloniki, they do have a free shuttle , which runs once every other hour in each direction (about a 20 min ride). The hotel is fine, if on the pricey side. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel offers a convenient access to the beach and some great restaurants in the village. Just a word of warning that Hotel is located on a a hill/ If you have a room with a view get ready to walk up lots of steps from your car to your room. Walking to the beach its all down hill but your trip back its all up hill. Same goes for walking to the village it's all up hill but walking back is easier since it's down hill. The staff was great and view was was nice.

This little oasis is close to the airport in the industrial zone, but sitting at the pool or having a drink on the terrace you would never know the surroundings were industrial. The property is surrounded by greenery and you feel very secluded. The service and food are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. We would go back.

Enjoyed the pool. Saw bugs in the dining room by the open window. No AC in the lobby or the dining room but the bedroom was quiet and comfortable. I did recommend to friends who needed a hotel near the airport and they also stayed at Athina and were satisfied. The breakfast offered many varied selections. Dinner was good. We had to call the hotel to get the free shuttle but it arrived promptly.

On the beach, Hotel Mavridis is in Nea Propontida (Halkidiki) and regional attractions include Ancient Olynthos and Petralona Cave and Anthropological Museum.
