      We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

      The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

    We were very pleased with the Bonsignoire. The breakfast room and sleeping room were both very well equipped and comfortable. Elizabetta, who was our... host, was very pleasant and lived next door. the building was two blocks from the river and within 1.5 KM of both Accademmia and Uffizzil galleries--easy walking distance. There are many charming restaurants within a couple of blocks. We stayed in 3 bed and breakfasts during our time in Italy, and the Bonsignoire was our favorite.. by Mark  from San Diego on 05/21/13

    Clean, location and services are the most satisfied. Pls take note there is not lift in the stay. You have to carry your luggages to 3rd floor.
