We made a last-minute booking at the Auberge de Cassagne in the midst of an arduous three-week business trip. We both needed to unwind a bit, and the on-premise Spa provided great opportunities for that. We had initially booked a conventional double room, but perhaps since it was the off-season, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite upon arrival. The staff was charming and accomodating, with great suggestions for activities and indulgences during our stay. Highly recommended!

While this hotel is a few km outside of Nimes downtown, it was easy enough to get there, but does require a car. The staff were very friendly, helpful and available. The breakfast, at 10 EUR, may have been a little overpriced (tea/coffee, juice, bread, some cheese and a salami), but was still quite nice. The shower had a hand-held wand with no way to attach, so this was less then desirable. Still, the location was good, and staff great, and we would stay there again.

The hotel is fine, great location, within historic center walls,next to Palise de Papes and close to restaurants. Our double room was comfortable, quiet and nice. Our only difficulty was finding the hotel. Our car GPS took us through undrivable, narrow streets and we had to park over a half a mil away.

Once we navigated our way through narrow, windy streets following the signs to the hotel we arrived. The hotel is situated at the back of Saint Quentin... in a lovely setting. Driving through the streets in a rented car is no easy feat but once you get your bearings it's great. We found the hotel staff incredibly friendly and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The pool was a bonus. Saint Quentin la Poterie is 5 Kms out of Uzes so you do need your own car or hire bikes. The rooms are bright, airy and clean. This is a beautiful small hotel set in peaceful countryside. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, but also very relaxed which is nice. Our room was large and bright and absolutely spotless, with a lovely bathroom of a very high standard. Our view across the garden and pool was delightful. The reception and lounge areas is v tasteful but my […] highlight was the restaurant - the food was simple but delicious and service was charming. Plenty of free parking and only a short drive from Uzes although the local village of St Quentin is worth a visit in intself. Very reasonable price for the quality of the room and service offered. franchement très bien.Un accueil irréprochable, une belle vue, chambre spacieuse, très bien. Un bémol très personnel sur la matelas trop dû à mon goût. Un petit déjeuner parfait. Je conseille ce lieu sans hésiter.
