The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is awesome. I would have given it a perfect 5 except the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room our friend was in had the same problem. Also....there is a noise...a boiler maybe? that if you stay on the back side of hotel it wakes you up and runs from 6 am to 10 am and is quite loud. We read about this in the reviews in room 2 and we also had it in our room. The service was awesome and the bed and room were very comfortable. The bar is open at night and the deskclerks are great about getting you anything you would like to drink from the bar. The rooms are VERY clean!!!

A great base for a business trip in the local area - perfect for longer stays. Clean, comfortable, superb staff, excellent food and drinks and a excellent chance of sharing the lift with a famous football player, coach or referee. The Hampton Inn and the Hilton share the same bar and restaurants.

The location was ideal for shopping and great restaurants. The room was always tidy and the personnel were helpful in assisting us and getting us taxis. If anything seemed suspicious in the area, the hotel locked up the premusis The only set back we had was the lack of a working AC unit; we always had to keep the windows open to let the cold air in, and the noise from the clubs and bars outside did make it difficult during the weekend hours to keep the windows open.

"Lovely hotel"
A lovely hotel with a few nice bars, and a lovely restaurant. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were well sized, clean and well stocked with extras to pick from. A bit of noise unfortunately from the high st - usual sat night noise but we enjoyed our stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
