We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Siena isn't that big, so any hotel near the old city is really fine in terms of location. We just did a quick one-day sidetrip from Florence, so the convenience of this hotel to the main bus terminal was great. Room was more than adequate.

Located in Castellina in Chianti (Chianti), Borgo Sicelle is close to Isole e Olena Winery. Additional area attractions include Passignano Abbey and Casa Vinicola Luigi Cecchi.

In addition to an outdoor pool, Borgo Sicelle features a garden. The front desk is open during limited hours.

Borge Sicelle is situated on a small road surrounded by olive trees and grape vines. Our apartment had a small refrigerator and stove top in a kitchen... counter that was very adequate for preparing breakfast and dinners. The wifi worked well although it only extended to the courtyard and within the main house, not in the separate house where our apartment was. The owners were very welcoming and available to answer questions. They were also very ready to help with directions and advice on how we could spend our time. This was an excellent base from which to visit the surrounding towns of Chianti, Siena and Florence. This is a wonderful place to stay in Chianti. by John and Kate G from Arizona on 10/27/11
