We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

Front staff was quite standoffish and not overly helpful with regards to getting around. The cleaning staff was excellent as was the buffet. The room was a touch on the smaller side, but very liveable. It's a solid 10 minute walk to any active area in town. If you're a bigger guy - the beds are really soft and expect to wake up with a backache

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport for our early morning flight and was surprised to find there is a nice little beach a block away.... Hotel was recently renovated and very clean. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area right outside of Palma, taxi into Palma was about 15euro. Even though we only stayed at the hotel because we had a connection the next day, we thorougly enjoyed our stay. We had a great view from the balcony, room was clean, good size and they offered a great breakfast buffet. Hope to stay stay there again in the future.

Having booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely view from our window. The surrounding area is also very pretty with its beaches, marina and coastline. The hotel is close to all the amenities and though we didn't have an evening meal there the breakfast was certainly excellent.

All in all hotel was fine,staff helpfull and friendly,end of season so lot close amenities closed in evening but that was not a problem, buses into Palma close and easy. My only negatives are bathroom miniature and clostraphobic

Het hotel op 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Bushalte is nabij, met de stadsbus is het 20 minuten naar de hoofdstad Palma. Hotelkamers zijn modern en zeer schoon maar niet al te groot. Ontbijtbuffet verdient een pluim. Het is ook handig dat je bij de hotelbalie fietsen kan huren.

I thought it was a nice hotel for the price. The pool was large and clean. I was fortunate enough to have the top room with a balcony towards the ocean, so it was ocean view 180 degrees for me :). Rekommenderar detta prisvärda hotell! Ligger nära strand och endast 15-20min med lokalbuss så är man inne i centrala Palma. Man kan hyra cyklar på hotellet och ta sig runt om man vill. Frukosten var helt okej, ingen lyxfrukost men fanns så man blev mätt. Poolområdet var lagom stort och det fanns alltid plats för att sola.

Juli 2012. Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til strand men ikke direkte på stranden. 5-10 minutter å gå til strand. Det er også greit bassengområde på hotellet. Flott strandpromenade like i nærheten. Ideell for løping og sykling. Det er meget lytt på hotellet både fra støy i gangen og på gaten. Alle dører smeller igjen på grunn av en merkelig lukkemekanisme. […] Spesielt plagsomt på nattestid når folk kommer hjem fra byen. Internettforbindelsen på hotellet er meget dårlig. Du må betale for internett-tilgang. Men den faller til stadighet ut, og dersom du har smarttelefon må du passe på at ikke telefonen slår over på 3G. Det koster dyrt i ekstraregning. Renholdet var greit. Nye håndklær hver dag hvis man ønsker det. Grei frokostbuffet. Jeg velger et annet hotell neste gang med mindre støy. Read more

Nice hotell, with mainly germans. My room was nice with a sea view. Overall a nice stay. Buss takes you within 15 min to Palma center. Only 5 min from the airport, avoid taking a taxi they'll charge you an extra fee of arund 8 euro, making it cost 16 euro for 2km taxi ride. The breakfast was not that good, very basic.

Pris og hotel hænger godt sammen, måske lidt højere standard end forventet til prisen.Flyene var tæt på, men det vidste vi jo, da vi bestillte opholdet. Kan kun anbefale dette hotel og vi er sikre på, at vi vender tilbage en anden gang - og til den tid vil vi tage vores store børn med.

nice hotel, the reception was helpful in our search for bikes. Quite a long distance to Palma if you walk, but there are bike pahts along the sea all the way to Palma,- very enjoyable ride. You can hear take off and landing from the air port about every 15minuts, but when door is closet you almost don't hear it. A good hotel compared to the price.
