Great views and right at entry to town so no need to drive in town--quite a challenge. Very helpful staff. Breakfast only ok perhaps because off season.

I stayed 3 nights in November 2012 & enjoyed it very much. The view from my room of the sea with (luckily) a full moon over it was enchanting! It was an easy walk to the sites & shopping in Acireale & not a bad walk to the train station (I was backpacking). The lights above the mirror in my bathroom didn't work & they couldn't get them working so they brought me a standing lamp that showed me WAY too much!! I thought that was pretty funny! The staff were awesome in the hotel & in the restaurant. I would have preferred more food options in the restaurant though. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at Santa Caterina!

Loved the stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Views from my balcony was to die for. Breakfast buffet can improve, other than that had a great time.

Rooms were clean and were pretty well equiped, an interseting neon light that changed colour was a curious novelty. Air conditioning did not work however it was on by the morning and as we were only there 1 night this was only a minor problem. The pool area was in need of cleaning and updating. Reception staff were very helpful and curtious. Not a bad […] value hotel for Taoromina, getting up to the main town via cable car was fun, but if we had stayed longer I think the cost/novelty would have worn off. Read more

Hårda sängar. Bilderna på hotellet ser lyxigare ut än det är i verkligheten. Bra frukost. Mkt bra läge nära strand, restauranger och linbanan upp till Taormina. Dyr hotellparkering.
