Although rustic, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfasts were superb, and my room excellently clean. Fresh towels, clean linens, down comforter. Thats all I need to make me happy while visiting the area. Hotel staff were great and helpful.

Its a charming house in a charming village with incrdible views in the most beautiful surrounings. Therefore, I will forgive the uncomfortable beds, in an otherwise spacious room. its important to mention that the owner (I assume) does not speak a word of English, and was unable to explain to us why the restaurant was closed. otherwise a pleasant one night stay.

Cute little hotel, across from the Casino. We had a nice view of the lake and the Alps. It's quite a walk to the train station though because you have to go uphill. The staff does not speak English well, so you might have some trouble communicating, but there is nothing in Montreux you can't figure out on your own. Make sure you ask for your complimentary Riviera card that gets you discounts on little excursions and free bus transportation in the city.
