Beautiful suite right on the water, private outdoor seating area, lovely decor with all the necessities for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen. Only complaint was that the hot water ran out before the large, deep bath tub was full.

Had a lovely couple nights in a one bedroom luxury suite. The suite was great with an amazing sea view. Only complaint is the tv in the room was an old tube thing and had horrible sound problems. Full kitchen was awesome and bed was comfortable. Tub on the deck was great too.

Huge condo. full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace. Cheaper then black rock. Stinky walk around the harbour, not a far walk. Great Staff and Very comfy rooms.

We had two adults and two teenagers in a one bedroom luxury suite. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient to town. With a full kitchen, we could prepare our own meals and they offered free DVDs for the kids to enjoy. I feel that we got good value for the money and we'd definitely return and recommend it to our friends.

The room stank. The tv was and old tube that gave me a headache and was fed with a very poor fuzzy signal. And there was no maid service! Very overpriced and overrated.

Very nice accomodation, unfortunately it rained most of the time, but we still had a good time. Spent time on Long Beach shell picking and watching the large waves roll in. Food in the area was supreme and we enjoyed dinning at the Schooner Restaurant.

Fourth visit and again a great place to stay. It is close to the town of Ucluelet (about 10 mins walk). Condo is well equipped and very nice. Two types of views available: The bay and the marina. Ucluelet is not a busy and touristy town like Tofino. It is a fisherman town. It is about 40 Kms away from Tofino and 15 Kms from the Pacific Rim beaches. […] If your intent is to go to the Pacific Rim beaches, Ucluelet is a better bet in cost versus Tofino which is quite pricey. However, if you are looking for night life, then Tofino would be a better bet. The resort is a good place for couples who wish to have some quiet time. It is equiped with bicycles, kayaks, a BQQ, & hot tub for each unit. If you like hiking, the Wild Pacific Trail is one of the nicest trails I have seen in the area. All in all, this condo resort is tops and well managed. We will definitely return again! Read more

A terrific location surrounded by water and scenery. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. A wonderful location with extremely helful and welcoming staff. Would definitely go again. Hotel is on Ucluelets outer edge so a car is a necessity.

Overall clean and friendly. Things are as expected in a 3-star hotel with better view and location. I would recommend it. Down sides are physically small beds, physically small plumbing fixtures, some stains on the carpet, and burnt pots and pans.

Our twin bedroom luxury suite overlooked the water, the view was fabulous through three picture windows combined with a hot tub on the balcony. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. I felt the rooms were quite minimalistic in decor with their white walls and lack of wall art, I had expected the rooms to be quite extravagant for the price that was […] paid,but all in all they were fine. On arrival into the suite,no radio channels were available due to no aerial being fitted and the furniture in the room faced inwards towards the tv, with warnings not to rotate the furniture towards the fabulous view windows which you have just paid for. A bright starry sky reflected on the still midnight waters making the view even more pleasurable. Apart from small harbour lights, the bay was in darkness. Inclusive use of bicycles and kayaks provided adventure if needed. The town of Ucluelet is small and spread out, with pacific coast walks,fishing,boating along with peace and quiet being the towns main strengths, a well equipped co-op store provides cook at home provisions if required, along with a fuel station to top up before that long drive back to the east coast. All in all a very enjoyable stay but a little expensive, the view however out of those picture windows made up for it and was very memorable. We wouldn't stay in Ucluelet again but will certainly remember the short enjoyable stay we had. A good choice if you want peace and tranquility. Read more

Great location and the view is great. There's a jetted tub on the deck for great relaxation. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Spa is located on premises. Amenities available like kayak and bike rentals. Would definitely recommend this resort.

We couldn't check in until 4 o'clock. The front desk clerk gave us wrong directions to our room. We were told our room was on the top floor, when in fact it was on the bottom floor. Noisy footsteps of the people above us at five in the morning.

This resort is set in a beautiful prestine location, surrounded by the natural settings of trees and rocks at the waters edge. There is kayaking available to explore this magnificent area and the water is quite calm so you don't need to be an expert at kayaking. You get incredible views of the inlet and surrounding area plus you may encounter wildlife […] such as eagles and seals. The hotel itself is quite spacious, set up as an apartment. It is quite plain looking with some minor knicks and marks on the furniture and walls but does have all the amenities that you require with a full kitchen, dining area and a seperate bedroom. The balcony is also quite nice and featured a outdoor hot tub with a view of the water. Overall this place was nice, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the area is beautiful. However, this is not a luxury accomodation if that's what your expecting but is a tranquil location that you will definitely get a lot of peace and quiet for an enjoyable get away from city life. The room was great. The only thing that I could say is that it could have used some new carpet, but everything else was very nice. It is situated on an inlet right in downtown Ucluelet. 10 minutes to awesome surfing and beaches.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. The only concern is that we were offered a special rate online and fully charged by hotel.com when booking it but the resort manager told me a different rate was showing in the system which really worried me as I don't want to be double charged by both hotel.com and the resort. By the time we left the resort, the staff […] told me that she was not notified about this investigation as promised by the manager and assured me that there should be only one charge through my visa account.
