We loved the funky colors and retro feel of the hotel. Absolutely loved how nice and warm the pool was. We felt the bathroom definately needed more towel racks. A bit brighter lighting in the bathrooms. The smaller room with the toilet smelled a bit funny and had spots on the wallpaper. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

For a new hotel it was not very clean. Front service personnel ( 1 particular) was very unprofessional. Pool was not clean. Hotel room was not clean, crumbs throughout room. pull out bed not made and full of crumbs. Not impressed, will not stay here again for the price.

We often choose this hotel when going to Grand Forks for a shopping weekend. It's close to everything, and very clean , with well appointed rooms. Our kids are older and we really prefer to stay in a quieter hotel where we can use the pool and breakfast area without a dozen screaming kids running around. We loved this place. We stayed overnight on the 21st of December and stayed on our return trip on the 5th of January. This is one fine hotel. Rooms are awesome, beds are very comfortable, continental breakfast was great.

There was far too much chlorine in the pool and in the hot tub. So much so, that we could only be in the hot tub for approximately 5 minutes. We even found that our eyes hurt while simply sitting in the pool area. We would have loved to spend more time in the pool and in the hot tub, but it was too uncomfortable.

This hotel would be perfect if they improve the breakfast, ex: there was no toast, no bacon, and only two kinds of fruits ( banana and apple).

While the hotel was kind of modern and sleek- it lacked its charm in terms on cleanliness. The duvet was stained and dirty. It clearly hadn't been washed between guests. The breakfast was mediocre- bland eggs and burnt English muffins. Won't be going back.

room was very comfortable and spacious. found toilet area a bit tight, but the shower area was great. beds were verry comfortable and the seating area very spacious. breakfast area was kept very clean, with a cleaning person there at all times , washing down countertops and refilling any breakfast items.

we loved our stay the hotel was beautiful,the hotel staff were helpful very accomodating we will definitely be booking with them again. Also it was very quiet and adult friendly so we could get in the pool. Pull out bed in suite was only uncomfortable thing in the hotel , overall very happy with everything...

Great hotel. Only stayed one night if longer we would have had to have someone in to look at the A/C and heating.. The room wouldn't stay a constant temperature.

Our room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The layout was excellent - obviously a lot of thought was put into designing the rooms and the hotel in general. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very modern suite. Clean, bed and pillows really comfy. Loved the bathroom. Toilet area(no fan) has own sink and is completely seperate from shower area. Then good sized shower with glass doors, no bathtub, but beautiful mirror/sink area. Sliding doors to both areas, no locks:( Pool area perfect for families with small children... exercise facilities […] great. Continental breakfast YUMMY! Cheese omletes, waffles, canadian bacon, toast, bagels, muffins etc. Staff really friendly and accomadating. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend, and stay here again. Read more

Loved the look of the hotel especially the suite! Only problem was the continental breakfast, woke up at 8:30am went down to grab some breakfast for myself and my kids and everything was already put or being put away, so I coudn't grab anything to eat.

Good for business travellers or couples. Not as much for families. Pool is small, 5 - 6 kids and its full, hot tub had too much chemical and was kind of scummy. Room was clean and nicely furnished though we found the bed a bit hard so didn't sleep great. Pretty new hotel so not much sign of wear and tear. It was a busy weekend so they were struggling […] a bit to keep up with the continental breakfast but if you asked for something they would go get it right away. we always enjoy staying at Springhill Suites. The rooms are so modern and clean and the staff is very friendly. It's close to the mall and the restaurants we were interested in going to. We will definitely stay there again, my son thought it was so fancy and we all enjoyed the breakfast and pool.

Our experience at this hotel was less pleasing than expected. I stayed at this hotel just over a year ago and was impressed. This time, the room wasn't as clean and it felt stuffy. Another major concern I noticed this time is that there is no fan/circulation in the toilet area! We also had to have our key cards reprogrammed a couple of times as we couldn't […] get into the hotel using the side door and it took us numerous tries to get into our suite. On a positive note, the breakfast was just as good as I remember it. On the whole, I found this hotel to cost a bit much for what we got. We will probably stay somewhere else next time. Read more

If there was one thing I'd like to see is the floors in the pool area and also the bottom of the pool changed to have some texture , this way it would be easier and a little safer to walk around. We will return again, had a great sleep!
