I have never encountered a friendlier staff! Every single member of the hotel staff was helpful, friendly, professional and eager to assist! Very nice upscale Embassy Hotel. Much nicer than all other Embassy Suites I have visited throughout country, from San Francisco to Florida. Room was very updated and clean. Service was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

We took a weekend back to school shopping trip (I have two teenage daughters) and this hotel was the perfect location and environment for our ventures. I would expect to normally pay at least twice as much as we did for the amenities that were available to us. There was always dirty dishes in the hall during our 3 night stay. Plus the hallways were never vacummed as evident by the paper that was on the floor the whole time we were there. Which lead me to believe that the pool was probably dirty especially the hottub. I worried about the cleanliness of the dishes.

The best Embassy Suites that we have ever stayed at. I can't say enough about the overall attention to detail. The staff at this Hotel is amazing. Our breakfast was the best we have ever had at a suites hotel, and the Happy Hours were as well. Mr. Lopez and Carlos were amazing in keeping the tables cleaned and always offering to help carry guest plates […] or move chairs if needed. James, at the front desk and Yolanda were very courteous and quickly answered any questions that we had about the hotel or the area. The pool and hot tub area were always clean and plenty of towels were available during our 3 day stay. It was a $100 cab ride from and back to the airport. When I needed and called one, they took 45 minutes. The room service filet mignon was superb.

I give this place a 10/10 based on the customer service from all staff members we encountered. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to go above and beyond to assist us. Plus the free breakfast each day was AMAZING and the hotel and it's grounds were spotless. HIGHLY recommend.

Via Xpedia I had made a reservation for a wheelchair accessible room. I have multiple sclerosis and I can't stand or walk. I really need special facilkties. Otherwise I can't go to the toilet or take a shower. The hotel however had only a regular room for us and gave no excuse or explanation as to why. I tried to explain the problem but they didn't […] listen or didn't care. We had travelled for about 20 hours and couldn't go searchung for another hotel. The next day they told us they had a suitable room for us. This turned out to be a regular room too, only on another floor. We gave them one last chance and finally, on the third day, we were placed in a room for handicapped people. So I'm not at all happy with this. The special room turned out to be okay but the carpeting in the hotel (and the room) is so thick that it is hardly possible to move your wheelchair yourself. Read more

Embassy Suites - Energy Corridor was a great place to stay. My only complaint is that the staff didn't know the area well enough to recommend or direct us to any restaurants. I understood there was a restaurant in the hotel, but we also wanted to get out and see Houston.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we WILL be back next year, it is very clean, close to EVERYTHING, and my 11 year old daughter enjoys the indoor pool (I enjoyed the hot tub). Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.
