The only complaints we had is that there was no a/c, which usually is probably not a problem but we were there during the last week of may and they had their hottest days of the year. The room had a great view and was so clean and modern. Flat Screens in every room. Kitchen was very clean and the rest of the apartment was so clean and fresh. It was very hard to find and hard to find the right parking lot but worth looking for.

A really well run and excellently located property. Check-in was efficient and effective. The only issue was the heat of the room - so hot and too noisy on a Friday night in L1 to open the window.

The bridgestreet apartments are comparable to any Apartment Suites in 5star Hotel but at a lot lower price.The location of hotel was right in city centre which was a big plus when it comes to going around places. We stayed at Bridgestreet for 14 nights and it was an excellant location. We could walk to all must see sights in the city,,restaurants ,, department stores,,boutique shopping,,markets and could catch a cab easily, virtually just outside of apartments to get out of city . We loved our 2 bedroom apartment, it was exactly as shown on the virtual tour.We […] had plenty of space ,it was clean and well equipped and had awesome city views. Excellent l,ocation, very friendly and attentive staff. Difficult to find by taxi and also room was very hot, even in September so don't know what it would be like in summer. Wokuld recommend this as a place to be based right in the heart of Liverpool

Stayed for 2 nights during the week so I can visit family. Originally requested in advance a higher floor which unfortunately wasn't provided and was stuck with a pretty horrid view on the 4th floor. Paid for a 1 bed apartment but was given a 2 bed which I didn't mind at all. But would of sacrificed the extra space for a better view as requested. I was pleased to see that there was a Bridge St property in Liverpool as I regularly stay at Residence 6 in Leeds and have always been highly satisfied but Liverpool did not meet the same high standards. The main problem was the street cleaning noise that started at about 4.30 am and lasted for approximately 2 hours. This may be out of Bridge St's control […] but if they promote this building as luxury accommodation you don't expect industrial levels of noise in the early hours of the morning. There were other niggles. There was no welcome pack. Just bog standard tea and coffee and a very limited supply of long-life milk. I had booked a one bedroom apartment but was given a 2 bedroom. Both bedrooms were so small there was only about a foot between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Also the main bathroom was locked off as there had been a leak and it was only on asking to move was this put right and at first it was suggested that we us the small shower room off one of the bedrooms .We were unable to phone reception as the telephone didn't work. We really enjoyed our one night stay in our one bedroom apartment. Modern, clean and staff extremely friendly. The only niggle we had was the uncomfortable double bed and the difficulty we had finding the place! On the whole - great facilities and location. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

We were allocated a room on the second floor. It was dark and depressing so we upgraded to an apartment on the ninth floor which was much brighter with panoramic views of the city. Staff were friendly and competent. Overall good value for money.

I just had the feeling that i was in my home, very nice and comfortable place to stay in. After the check in we were planing to go out for dinner, however after few minutes in the apartment we decided to have take away and enjoy it in the lovely warm 9th floor apartment with nice view from the windows. The Location of the apartment was perfect. We had researched other apartments, which we saw whilst in Liverpool, however this proved to be by far, the best location, right in the heart of the shopping area and very close to food outlets. If visiting the area again, Bridgestreet would definitely be our first choice.

Only criticism is that the second bedroom (suprisingly the one with the ensuite bathroom) is small for a double and the only socket was behind the bed so a bit of a struggle to plug in a phone charger, hair dryer etc. Being able to park in the basement was a big plus.

Immensely central location and wonderfully equipped apartments. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very strict rules on not partying, keeping the noise down which seemed to generally work inside the hotel. Down sides - the very central location!! Lots of party people singing out on the street for most of the night it seemed. Why can't anyone sing Oasis […] well? The hotel moved us to a higher up room the second day which was a bit quieter. Also the rooms were incredibly hot! Opening the windows helped a bit (but then the night time signing was louder# but then we plugged in the small fan #which was in the cupboard) and that helped a bit. But yes, recommended especially if you're in town for a few days. The well equipped kitchen and lounge make it all a good change from hotels. Read more
