"Great Hotel, great service!"
The hotel may be a little outdated but it was very well taken care of. The people working at this hotel were so unbelievably kind too. We stayed for one night, used the pool, walked around the shops and ate dinner near by. We loved every minute of it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Better than expected (almost posh posh)"
stayed 4 nights during Laconia bike week. The staff was real nice , even left towels outside enterance to wipe rain or road debris off bike. Other than riding there was no need to leave hotel, everything was there, restarunt, bar, cafe, ice cream, store, pool. When it was time to leave we needed to ship some stuff home that wouldnt fit in saddlebags, all […] we needed to do was pack our stuff in a box ,the staff took care of the rest (cheep too) Would deffinatly go back , just do know when i'll get the chance. Not bad, but needs some sprucing up to make it a better place. Carpets are dated and stained, exterior paint peeling.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Service was excellent, especially after we got home and I discovered I'd left something in the room. I called, they found what i'd left and called me right back to get details on where to send my "lost" item.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"They treat you right!"

Our room had a small problem. Nothing serious, but enough that I kept us from being able to stay in it. Not only did they move us, but they upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the entire hotel free of charge. This place really gets customer service!

In the center of this quaint New Hampshire destination. Plenty of walking, shopping, food and drink. Very relaxing. Leave the computer and cell phone at home; great destination for a weekend getaway..
"A wedding at the Lake"

The Inn at Mills Falls is part of a complex of five properties at the Northwest end of Lake Winnipesauke. The area would easily qualify as a family friendly resort area, with plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as spectacular views of the lake. Our wedding was actually at Chruch Landings, easily the nicest but priciest of the five properties. Since we were there Labor Day weekend I am imagining all of the prices were elevated. That said our room was nothing special that demanded any premium whatsoever, so I found it a little expensive for what we received. Overall the experience was a very good one. The food everywhere was very good and the Inn at Mills Falls is an older, but well maintained place to stay in a beautiful area of New Hampshire.
"Church Landing and Chase House World's Apart"

Stayed two nights at Church Landing this past week, very nice but pricy. Very nice location and atmosphere, real nice common areas and outside lawn and beach directly on the water. Moved to Chase House for the last night. I knew it would not be as nice as Church Landing because of location (across the street from water) but expected it to not be as dramatic of a difference. There was one person at the front desk who was on the phone most of the time with reservations, but nobody else in sight. When I got to my room, I could not open the door to the outside porch. After much wrangling with the lever, I finally got it open. This of course was a big part of why we chose to stay there (view of the water and access to the porch) which is what we paid for. I closed and locked the door before going out for dinner and when I came back I could not get the door open again but this time no luck at all. I told the woman at the front desk and she said it's because of humidity, and swelling of the door. I said no, the hardware on the door is broken and was like that when I arrived. Clearly, they must have known about it. Also, the clock radio made noises all night and got worse when the dryer was run. Very disappointing end to a nice couple days.
"Very Nice Experience"
Very nice place to visit and stay. View outside from entrance and Lawn is great. Main attraction of this property is its location. Rooms are small but well maintained. Lake view is breath taking. Service is great. Overall a nice experience.
"Very nice and very unique"

Very nice place to stay. Quaint and has a ton of stores and places to eat all connected to it. This place is right across form Lake Winnipesauke and Meredith Harbor and it is beautiful at night and day.
"Cozy and fun!"

We went to the Inn at Mill Falls as a last minute overnight getaway. The prices were very reasonable for this time of year (early August). The room was clean and roomy. It had everything we needed, including a queen size pullout couch. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One young woman went out of her way to answer questions and help me get extra towels. The hotel also connects to a quaint shopping area that includes 2 restaurants, a large candy shop, and some other shopping places. There's a courtyard with additional stores and it's just a quick walk across the street to get to the lake and all it has to offer. One of the best things about staying here is that you can use the facilities at the other affiliated properties, including a high end hotel with lots of extras. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We have been coming here for years. As a family of 5 I can't say enough good things. We've come here for Thanksgiving and had such a wonderful holiday. We've also come for summer vacations. We usually stay at the Mill Falls building because we love the cafe and stores in the building and the indoor pool. Christina the waitress at the cafe is so sweet. We have also stayed at one of the cabins and my husband and kids are begging to do that again. There is a nearby arcade, something for all ages. The cruises on the lake are great. Mt. Washington is a bit of a drive but totally worth the trip (we took the cog). We almost never go to the same place 2ce because we always love to see something new. But Mill Falls is our home away from home and love coming here. Sometimes on a quiet day when we don't feel like doing much of anything we just sit in the hall and do one of their jigsaw puzzles they have laying out or play checkers in the lobby. They also have an annual outdoor market with vendors, I met some great people. I have visited all 4 buildings just to see what they look like but because of the kids we stay at Mill Falls building because it's a great price with the indoor pool, cafe and shops. But all of the buildings have their own charm. This is our favorite place =)

We were attending a wedding and this was a lovely place. A little older...but the town was an old town feel so it was perfect. Very clean. But some strange policies. No room service delivery in the summer time????? and many of the nearby restaurants were open for very limited times. The little ice cream store didn't take credit cards (who has cash). And although they said we could us all of the amenities associated with the Mill Fall property my husband was denied some usage. But over all it was a very beautify place with a beautiful view of the lake. Caution for minorities the area is 6% minority. Lots of curious stares for us considering we are an interracial couple (African American and Puerto Rican).
"Great place to stay on Lake Winnipesaukee"

We stayed at the Inn at Mills Fall for four nights and even though it was parents visiting weekend for camps and each of the properties were full, you never felt as if the hotel was overly busy. The staff at the hotel was amazing, from Natalie, who helped us with our reservation, to Kim, who checked us in, to James, who helped with reservations for dinner. The room was cozy and we loved our terrace with the two rocking chairs overlooking the falls and with a lake view. The bathroom was clean and there was even toothpaste with the complementary toiletries, which I love, as I always forget ours and have to go buy some! There are a few properties and you can use the restaurants and facilities at each of the locations. They are either on the lake or across the street. The Inn is across the street, but it did not deter from our stay or our ability to use the lake. We actually went over to the lake side one afternoon and laid out there and swam. Again, it did not feel overly crowded and was truly relaxing. The staff understands what customer service is supposed to be and I just do not have anything truly negative to say about the hotel or the services. Even during one of our meals, I mentioned something in passing and the next thing we knew dessert was on the house and there a was discount on our bill, which was completely not necessary. I highly recommend the hotel and you can't go wrong staying at any of the locations.
