"Clean hotel, good for the price"
I spent just one night at the hotel. It was clean and has a 10 euro breakfast (not sure what was included as I left early in the morning). The room was clean and had the basics. The location is a little noisy and you can hear people on the street. But, if you are a tired tourist, you will probably not be bothered by it. Location is good. Close to a […] metro. John Pierre was excellent. Highly recommend!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was super clean. Staff was great, especially Seamark (hope i'm spelling it correctly), who will be happy to help you with any question about directions, services and more. Room is a bit small, but if you are not in Paris for the room experience then its very clean and nice. Location is great. Took me 20 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower, […] or you can take the metro, which is just outside the hotel, line #12. Also walking distance (20 min) to the convention center. "Close to Montparnasse"
Well located close to metro station whom lines give access to Montparnasse and eiffel tower, Champs-Elysées. I didn't take the breakfast that I found expensive. Room and bathroom are ok but somehow small if you are a couple.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel is awesome you are five minutes from the Eiffel Tower, ten minutes from the Norte Dame and the Arch of Triumph in the subway station. The subway station is directly in front on the hotel. Using the subway is very easy also noticed that everyone use the subway for tranportiaion..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location, Friendly Service and Nice Room"
Short walk (with bags) to Gare Montparnasse train station and modest walk to Eiffel Tower and Latin Quarter areas. Good restaurants in neighborhood and pleasant boulevard setting. "Great value, excellent location."
Hotel was excellent for the price. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise our room was fine. Note: very small, but lots of hot water in shower. We had a great little balcony with a nice view. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and carry out places, pharmacies and a grocery store around the corner. Great value-near the train station- great room to sleep in clean with a balcony. nice place to sleep while seeing the sights of Paris outside of the main downtown and easy Aif France Bus access the next day to get to CDG airport via the bus. WORKED!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very small accommodations! Good location but the hotel is having construction work done and it starts bright & early with banging & drilling. Had to check out & move to another hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Near Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse"
I enjoyed my stay here. The price was good and the service was friendly and in English. It was an easy walk to the Tower and a lot of other sites. I walked all over Paris from here. Also very near the Metro. The tallest building in the city, Montparnasse is nearby for even better view than the tower. No restaurant but several within a few doors.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay in Paris!"
We booked a room for 3 for 3 nights and were given a quad for the same price. They were renovating so there was scaffolding outside both our windows, but never saw any workmen...not a problem. It's an older hotel, but the room was a good size. Everything worked well and was clean in the bathroom with tub/shower. The elevator was pretty big by Paris […] standards. There's a metro stop almost directly across the street and several cafes, bakeries, and a small grocery within a block. There was always a man at the front desk who was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They kept our luggage (a lot!) all day on our last day there and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. It was all very smooth, comfortable, and easy. Would definitely stay there again! Don't think we saw air conditioning, but the weather was cool and we didn't need it, so we didn't really look for it. "Great location, friendly staff"
We stayed at this hotel en route to Northern France- we chose the hotel primarily for its proximity to Gare Montparnasse. The hotel is very well located, and the staff were very friendly. "Paris hotel near subway"
Clerks was nice. They were doing construction and had scaffolding and workers outside the bathroom and windows. Location is right across the street from the subway. "Across Pasteur Metro Stop and wonderful experience"
We liked this hotel. It was across the Pasteur metro stop so perfect to hop on a train to go anywhere. The hotel was quiet and we liked the breakfast in french style. Instead of living in a american style Marriott we chose this hotel because it was very French style. The breakfast room was very cute and we enjoyed the french breakfast. There are few […] cafes/Boulangeries within walkable distance. There is also a small market across the street so nice to buy any bottle water/bottle wine. Eiffel tower is 1.5 km and perfect distance to go for a run to the tower and come back. The hotel was clean, location was perfect and staff was very friendly and nice. This is a perfect hotel to stay in and do the sightseeing all day as we pretty much go back to hotel to fresh up or sleep. We will come back again to this hotel! It's not overly elegant, but I didn't expect that for the price. Overall the hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. The room was small but comfortable. Friendly staff. Plumbing works. Good view out 7th floor window over the trees on Blvd. Pasteur. Uncomplicated. I stayed two nights, not consecutively because I made a side trip. "Just what I needed for a short stay."
Arriving at Gare Montparnasse, I had no trouble finding the hotel, about a 10 minute walk away. The lobby host was congenial and informative about what I could find in the neighborhood. It was close to the train station, the front desk staff were helpful. However, the cleaning staff in the morning were very noisy as well as the rooms not being sound proof. Innova was perfect for our stay in Paris. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) of the Mont Parnasse rail station and across the street from the metro, it made seeing the sights so easy. The rooms were good size by European standards and the gentlemen at the front desk couldn't have been more polite and helpful. They were simply wonderful. We did […] have a problem with the heat on arrival and mentioned it as we went out for dinner that evening. Innova is a small hotel in a nice location (directly in front of the Pasteur metro stop), but pretty worn down. "Nice hotel and great service"
This hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was extremely courteous. It was much nicer than I expected from a 2 star hotel. I've actually stayed in 4 stars that paled in comparison. "Great location, fantastic people!"
This hotel was in a great location! Right next to a metro stop, but also within walking distance of lots of things. We could see the Eiffel from our window. It was an easy metro ride from the airport, to the Eiffel and the Louvre and the Catecombs. There's tons of reasonably priced resaurants around, one that's basically open all day long and a couple […] others that were very yummy. The hotel staff were super friendly, spoke fluent English, and had great recommendations for our entire trip. The room was small, but that's very normal for Europe, and the bed was firm but the pillows were good and the shower had good pressure. There weren't very many plugs and you could hear the water pipes at night, but it wasn't a problem. We were also able to adjust the temperature in our room, which was good. I stayed for 4 nights in one room with 2 friends. the beds were comfy and warm, the towels and sheets were replaced every day and the bathroom cleaned. the hotel is literally right opposite a metro stop (pasteur), which we found really convenient. It was also very near to at least 2 amazing boulangerie-patisseries and a grocer's store. It was a clearly […] a nice area, not far from the Tour Montparnasse but far enough away to not be too touristy. Can't believe how nice and easy everything was considering the price! The only thing I can't comment on is breakfast, because we decided not to have it in the hotel due to the cost, which was a bit much. But as I say, there were plenty of nice cafes nearby to get breakfast cheaply. Strongly reccommend!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good Location, but not great otherwise"
The hotel has a pretty decent location with plenty around it to enjoy a real Parisian experience; including patisseries; restaurants; walking distance to Montparnasse and the Eiffel Tower; and a metro stop just outside. The staff were also quite pleasant, although handing in the room key for every trip out of the hotel got tedious. The room was also […] clean and a decent enough size. Unfortunately the hotel and our room specifically could really do with some renovation. The state of the walls; carpets; etc. wasn't great - threadbare/paint coming off. The walls/floors are also paper thin, so we got woken up regularly very early in the mornings by noise. That was probably the biggest problem. The beds were ok, not particularly comfy, but alright. The bathroom was nice except for the lack of shower curtain which made keeping the floor dry a real problem. Wi-fi was not particularly reliable either. I would say overall that the hotel is overpriced for what it offers, but you could do worse. I would recommend a basic chain such as Ibis over this. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
