"Nice rooms, awful food."
Room comfortable, staff friendly, but the food in the restaurant was awful. Had a very very dry chicken with oven chips.Genuine Expedia guest review

"I would come back again"
Friendly hotel staff. The food at the bar is a bit steep however. The location is rather good for tackling the city - a mile from Exeter St David's station.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed one night here to break our journey into Cornwall. Very handy with a public car park opposite and a short walk to the Cathedral area where you can find shops, restaurants and somewhere for breakfast, if it is not included as part of your rate. Very friendly and helpful staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

On arrival staff very pleasant, we were so pleased it was close to the shopping centre as this was the purpose of our trip .Genuine Expedia guest review
Really Good hotel in the centre of Exeter. Excellent location and best value for money I could find. Superior rooms are a great size and the breakfast was superbGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location, friendly staff, a bit noisey"
Visited Exeter for a bit of shopping, sightseeing, and my daughter had to attend a meeting. Hotel was fine for our visit, nice short walk to shops and a longer walk down to the Quay. There was a bit of noise from the traffic. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower, lots of towels too. Plenty of tea and coffee […] making supplies in the room. Handy ice machine in the corridor outside our room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Had a good stay after an initial problem with our room .The manager resolved this swiftly and we received very good service from all the staff who were polite and helpful.Would return thank you for an enjoyable weekendGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotels like this have to fail spectacularly to be bad but as expected this was quite the opposite. Easy to find, close to town, helpful staff (particularly the young barman... tom I think he was called). Mega brekkie included and everything you would expect. The only downside is no free WifiGenuine Hotels.com guest review
At the time of booking I requested a room on a higher floor but on checking in was given a room on the 1st floor!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very noisy. Spartan, Not good value"

After some initial problems with the key card to the room, it was a good stay. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Helpful staff throughout.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location for 1 night stay in Exeter"
Hotel was easy to find and parking is available opposite at discounted rate (if you pay through the hotel). We were on a girls weekend so hotel was ideally situated a short walk from the shops and main Princesshay Centre. There were places to eat out/drink within walking distance. Hotel rooms were clean and looked like they'd been recently decorated. […] Hotel staff were helpful with places to go and buffet breakfast was good. Great value for money. "Hotel was central to where we needed to be."
Jurys was near the town and the university. There was a lovely bar and eating area. Bedrooms were very well equipped. Tea making facilities and ironing board. Clean towels and clean and tidy rooms. We had a lovely and varied breakfast. A very satisfactory stayGenuine Expedia guest review
service has certainly improved over the last year, breakfast was exceptional, nothing too much trouble and food quality excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel - good location in Exeter"
Friendly staff, lovely clean room, good shower and fantastic breakfast. Would love to stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean comfortable hotel"
This is a good value budget range hotel, conveniently situated not far from the city centre. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and a good choice of food at breakfast. My only crticism was the lack of free wi-fi which is common in many hotels now.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to town very central."
Comfortable room at a reasonable price.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, close to city centre."
Lovely place to stay, although we went to reception to ask for wifi code, and the man on reception said that we were the wrong glass, he said we were just low paying guests, so we would have to pay 5 pounds for wifi. Then a lovely lady told us that breakfast was ten pound, but if we went toreception we could get a voucher for eight fifty, when we went […] to reception, the man said we should of collected them the night before, and refused us the voucher. We then went out for breakfast. Spoilt our stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Room too small, no bath [shower only], no premium TV channels [Sky Sports etc].Genuine Expedia guest review
Lovely place, great staff, lovely food, near to town centre. Ideal for business trip. Downsides - lack of hotel parking (although public parking to the rear) and wi-fi extra.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good hotel, nice quiet room."
Good hotel close to exeter medical campus. Bed was a little hard, iron and board in room and shower only no bath. Would stay again as I booked through expedia and got one night for 44.10.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very close to the centre of Exeter but very quiet"
Good breakfast, friendly staff and very clean rooms.Genuine Expedia guest review
Found the hotel to be really clean. Nice modern room without being over the top. Good size bathroom. My only criticism is that not knowing Exeter, parking was not at all obvious to me. There is a pay & display right behind the hotel, but on checking out was asked if I needed a ticket for a barriier. Website doesn't say if they have got an agreement […] with a nearby car park. Would definately say here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Extremely helpful and welcoming staff."
We had taken our own extra comfy pillows with us to the hotel and then left them at the hotel by mistake.! We returned 12 hours later and they had been kept in lost property for us and staff were able to return them straight away.Genuine Expedia guest review
A downside of the shower facilities is that all showers are "fixed". This means as a short person it is not possible to have a shower without washing ones hair - not very convenient. The shower cubical in the room I occupied was in need of a deep clean and there was also a cracked wash basin.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Parking not on site but close. Good breakfast but the menu for dinner not so impressive.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The heating system in our room kept turning itself off in the middle of the night, Not very good is you have asthma triggered by the cold. The 2 members of staff on reception could not deal quickly with people booking. Did not appear to have worked out an effective system of separating those who already had booked from those just turning up.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall very disappointing. Staff very helpful when asked. Very complicated internet access which was not explained on arrival on check out I was told that the information in the room was out of date and should have been removed. Unable to get TV to work and when did not able to turn off. Bar very expensive. you expect to pay a bit more but this was […] a lot more. For the money I would not choose them again. "Nice hotel for a quick visit to Exeter"
Great location and perfect for a short break to Exeter. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only two things let them down. The the lack of hotel parking. You have to pay to park in either the local council car park or in multistory over the road (although there is a hotel discount for parking in this car park) . The other […] issue was that we had to pay £10 for 24 hours of internet access, which is a bit frustrating in this day and age and adds up to a significant amount if you stay for more than a couple of days. Overall though, we would recommend for a short stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"good mid range"
very clean room not as small as I had expected having read other rooms - perfectly big enough, shower not bath, had a noisy group on my floor - but not the hotels fault. Food was very tasty though not cheap. Close to the city centre and parking close by though chargeable. The Hotel offers the NCP at reduced rate but it's actually cheaper to park in […] the Triangle car park behind the hotel, though you will need £6.20 of coins for 24 hours compared to £7 for the NCP Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Centrally situated near to Exeter shopping center"
Nothing special about this hotel in fact it's a bit of a rip off with what it offers. It was a last option as I could not get into the hotel I had stayed in before when visiting Exeter. Firstly, I asked for a quiet room - I think this may be impossible at this hotel as it is located on a main rd off a roundabout & directly behind it is a public car […] park which seems to be used as a group meeting place. My room had a fire escape door which when it was windy outside caused this door to rattle all night. Secondly, the hotel has no free car parking. It cost me £7 a day extra to park my car in a 24hr car parking multi story car park located across the front of the hotel ( hotel pays £2 of you stay). I was not quite expecting this on top of the 2 night accommodation cost which I also thought was expensive in comparison to other similar rated hotels in Exeter. Thirdly, you get 1hrs free wifi on the condition that you purchase from the bar/restaurant - cheek! Lastly, the bed linen had holes in it & room was kitted out to bear minimum. No little nice surprises here! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Overall a great Hotel"
From the moment you check in to the minute you leave, all the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Really great stay and will visit again soon!!!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great value, great location."
Another great stay at the Jurys Inn Exeter. As a relatively new hotel, it still feels clean and comfortable. It's in a wonderful location, within walking distance of all major Exeter landmarks. Very friendly staff, and clean rooms help create a welcoming atmosphere. If the price is right, I'll definitely be returning soon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very convenient location, lady at check in very helpful. Moved us to a twin room and made sure we were near the lift as my husband has walking difficulties.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Central hotel without the frills"
Nice clean central located hotel with good facilities. Unfortunately we booked a family room with a cot. There was no room for the cot for us to move around the room so the cot was rammed under the TV forcing us to walk over the bed to get out the room! Check in was also very very slow!Genuine Expedia guest review
We were visiting family, who live in Exeter so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. It was fine for what we wanted. Clean beds, en-suite, tea and coffee making , etc. The parking wasn't too bad either because we could leave it on the municipal car park overnight (free from 6pm to 8am). There's also a big cinema over the road and a short walk to shops, […] cafes, etc.So all in all an enjoyable stay. On the negative side, the breakfast was nice, but overpriced and the Wi-Fi is very expensive. However if you bought a drink (or anything else) from the bar you got an hour's free Wi-Fi. Location is very convenient. If you are a Christian, Belmont is just 3-min by walk. It's no more than 10 mins from High street from where you can get all the shopping. The only minus is no free Wi-fi.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent value and really comfortable beds. The breakfast is also very good value if you pay in advance. WIFI charges a bit on the steep side. Overall I would definitely look at Jury's Inns as one of the options when I am travelling. The location is spot on for Exeter town centre. We were visiting the University which is about 20 mins walk away. Adjacent […] parking is convenient and competitively priced via the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
