"Not a real satisfied customer."
The beds were comfortable and looked to be pretty clean. As I pulled back the covers, I noticed that the vacuum obviously didn't make it to the floor under the comforter. There was a long line of crumbs and then as I watched the tv, I noticed that there was a wadded up paper towel behind it. There was also no stove in our room. Not sure how clean it […] really was! "Just ok, but close to BGSU!"
Although I was told that if there were any problems with my room I would be offered another room, I was too tired to follow through with that. I noticed in my room the second entry door had no locks and that the safety lock had been broken off. The outside of the door had no handle/knob so no one could enter. So, I didn't feel overly safe in my room […] for the night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Doors (2) damaged, difficult to latch (1) or needing a new frame (1) to keep out the cold. Room was cold; outdoor temps in 40's. Heat on low setting was helping but raising fan setting blew cold air. I would return only if budget demanded tolerating those sorts of issues.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice overnight stay"
My son and i stayed here on the way to a Notre Dame football game. The room was clean, the beds were comfy. We had a very nice stay for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
There was a dead spider in my sheets when I pulled them back AND a huge spider in the room. Very old and dirty hotel. Worst I have ever been in. By far.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Front door was difficult to open; shower curtain was inefficient, causing bathroom flooding; heat was nonexistent the first night. Staff, however, we're quick to respond and arrived at solutions in a timely manner.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

A door latch lock was all that was available for back door into room. Could be opened from outside 3 up to 3 inches. Didn't feel safe and decided to stay somewhere else.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Needed a cheap room for college visit"
Served its purpose. Got in town late. Checked out early. Continental breakfast left something to be desired. For the price, it was what I expected!Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is need of a lot of repairs and updating. We requested connecting rooms and none were available so they upgraded us to a suite at a discounted price. The customer service was great especially from Melissa but the hotel itself needs renovated.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was not very clean. The doors were very hard to open. The swimming pool was out of order but we were never told that. The one bed was sloped way down was broke and hurt my husband's back terribly. Didn't get our room cleaned until after we said something and it was finally done way late in the evening. Just was not a good experience even.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Was great but you need to fix the door . It looked like someone tryed to break in the room at one time and the door was tuff to open . Then it would not shut tight . Other than that it was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Seen it's better days..."
Had to change rooms twice. The first wasn't clean (like the mastresses not on the beds, an open soda, and bags of trash in Walmart bags). The second room had only one bed (staying with my adult daughter, not an option). The third room I finally moved to had no windows and truly felt like a dungeon. This place is old and worn. Unfortunately there weren't […] many other options graduation weekend. If you can't find a room in BG, you might try Perrysburg instead of here. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The door did not shut solidly and the overall condition of the room left us wanting to leave. With doors exposed to the outside and no real visibility from the street or office it was obvious why some of the door looked to be tampered with or kicked in. The mattress looked and felt as if it were 20+ years in service. The overall feel of the room kept […] us from any attempt to relax. We tried to avoid touching anything we did not need to. We were upset that we had to stay there and very happy that we only booked one night. Never would I go back there. I do not know how it has anything close to a good rating. "Clean & convenient, but . . ."
First the PROs: The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a decent variety of food and drink. The CONs: My biggest objection was that my room did not have a window! It felt like a tomb. The heater was mounted on the wall, and I had to stand on the chair in order to see the buttons to operate it. My room was at the end of the […] building, next to the highway, and the noise was non-stop. In addition, I heard creaky floors of the room above me most of the night along with the opening and closing of their drawers. If that were not enough, the bathroom toilet was not adequately affixed to the floor, so it rocked when sat upon, and the lamp on the desk did not work. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good value hotel"

"Nice Staff, second rate room"
Staff was really nice and helpful and cheerful, and the breakfast good. Room quality was pretty low, but considering the price did not expect top notch. Big issues were the doors and the the shower. One door had trouble closing, other door did not feel secure. The water in sink was super hot (you could burn yourself with it) while the shower never got […] really hot at all. Hotel structure & room was a bit old and run down, but adequate for a quick night sleep on a budget. I searched for bugs/insects upon walking into the room, glad we didn't find anything. Front desk staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was extreme barebones.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was perfectly acceptable for the cost. My room was clean, had a few extras like coffee pot, hair dryer, and mini-fridge, and everything worked. The towels were scratchy, and the bed and pillow were hard, but for a night or two, it wasn't bad.Genuine Expedia guest review
Our room was OK. Guest next door partied through the night yelling and throwing items against walls and slamming doors. Noise stopped around 5 AM. Might want to rethink staying if I am planning on sleeping.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Just what you pay for"
At $55 a night this place was pretty much how I expected it to be, but a smidgen worse. When we checked in there was a headboard on the bed and a power drill on the night stand. We called the office who called maintenance who, when he arrived said he ran out of time (no apology). Mind you this was three hours past the check in date. The headboard ended […] up falling off again, but we did not bother making any calls. BG is a great town though and this place is worth it if you are reliving your college days. "Very friendly staff, comfort at the lowest price"
I felt that for the price it was excellent. I stayed again on my way back. Might not be 5 star quality hotel but it was comfortable, quiet, and friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
We stopped for an overnight stay because of the weather conditions while we were traveling. The manager was very, very friendly. We were in a non smoking room, but could smell smoke coming from another room while we were in the bathroom. It was a very, very cold night…below zero, yet the room was comfortable and the heater kept up with the demands of […] the cold. The parking lot and sidewalks were always clear, which had to have been quite a task considering the snow and ice they were battling. The staff here did a great job. "Just what I wanted."
I had a great stay. My room was ready when I showed up, and the room was warm, I didn't have to turn the heater on myself like other places I've stayed. Then, shortly after I checked in, maintenance stopped by and asked if everything was ok. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. The location was a block away from the graduation ceremony […] that I was attending. Some friends stayed in town also and they paid $30.00 more for the night, at a different hotel. "Days Inn Bowling Green"
The hotel was absolutely horrible . It was dirty, the furniture was disgusting , with stains. The back door of the room would not lock, and the hotel manager would not o anything about it. We left nd went to stay at another hotel. It was terrible!, and very unsafeGenuine Expedia guest review
"Got what I paid for."
Had to be moved from my original room because I couldn't get the door open. The second room was OK.....but just before I left I had to kill a rather large spider on the wall. Overall condition of hotel was rather disappointing......poor paint job, bath rooms rather basic and out dated. I will not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It looked like the floors had never been vacuumed, especially under the beds. I would never stay in this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
When staying at a Days Inn, you expect it to be a little run down, especially in a college town. This, however, was even worse than I anticipated. There were people staying there who seemed to rent by the week/month and this was their permanent residence. There were drug dealers who kept coming every few hours to make sales. The room had no windows […] - it was a dark, smelly, dungeon. There were half dozen spiders in the room that I had to keep my eye on so they didn’t drop down on me. The bedding was so gross that I went to Wal-Mart to buy a sleeping bag and pillow case to use on the bed. I had to wear shoes in the shower because there was no way to tell when the last time it was cleaned. There were absolutely no redeeming qualities about this hotel and I will definitely never stay there again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
If you are waiting for the sun to come up before you wake up, don't stay here. The rooms at this place has no windows, very bad internet connection and a trick way to open the front door. The room is good for sleeping and has a refrigerator.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was clean, employees were very nice and very accomodating and considerate, rates through hotels.com were a good deal, electrical outlets were not all working in the room (I moved coffee pot into bathroom to operate; narrow ledge to reach outlet there). I had some concern about "octopusing" many appliances into one outlet. All in all it was a pleasant […] place to crash every night and I wasn't there to lounge in the environment. "This hotel should have no national affiliation"
Rotted doors, broken door locks, toilet never stopped running, broken vanity lights, awful condition. To put it simply, this hotel makes burned out trailers look like the Hilton. How in the world Days Inn allows its name to be on the sign is a mystery to me.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Bad! Air did not work. Had to wait on the girl at the counter to finish her homework before she would answer any questions i had.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not a great stay"
I have stayed at Days Inn locations before. This was by far the worst location. The room smelled like smoke/cleaning products. To the point that the clothes we slept in have a terrible odor still, as well as a blanket and pillow my daughter brought. The whole property is older and seems woefully inadequate for the amount of money I spent ($94 including […] taxes). The swimming pool was "closed" even though anyone could have walked through the gate. When I asked at the office if the pool was actually closed (a sign was at the gate), they said yes, and that "the pool has been needing to be fixed for a few weeks now". Lovely. "Days Inn, Bowling Green, OH"
I was VERY unhappy with this hotel. I had asked for a double bed/non-smoking room. I was put in a suite (of sorts) which reeked of smoke. There were cigarette burns in the carpet and carpet was very dirty. The shower did not work. This hotel needs to upgrade their property.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Can you guess what's missing?"
The room is just adequate, but the fact is it's near the freeway and there are NO windows in many of the rooms! Our first room felt like a prison cell. And it looked like someone had taken a crowbar to the door. They moved us, but we had to go to the second floor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
