Very convenient to cruise port and handy to have complimentary pick up at airport and low cost shuttle to cruise port. Unfortunately, not a lot of choice in regard to restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very nice and clean. The beach was about a 10 minute car ride away and the ocean was turquoise. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, didn't feel all that safe.

This hotel was convenient and only about 10 minutes from the airport. Check in only took about 60 seconds since we went through hotels.com and checkout was just as fast. There was plenty of parking too. Would definitely stay here again, great hotel.

It was fine. After checkout, we got bumped from our return flight and the airline put us up at the SpringHill Suites, which was much nicer. The airline only paid $94 for the SpringHill Suites room for which travelers pay $139. So this Best Western was a much better value for the $84 we paid.

Close to 95 and easy to get to. Staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and exactly how we expected. Breakfast was pretty chaotic and not organized to be efficient, but overall I enjoyed the meal.

great hotel. the only complaint was the hallway carpet was stained... lots of stains but the lobby, eating area and rooms were clean and comfortable. I will stay here again. Breakfast included waffles, egg rounds (scrambled in a flat circle to make a sandwich) cereals, pastries... very nice. We forgot a razor and got a complimentary one.

The hotel was close to the airport ad freeway. The room was damp and smelled it. I requested the lightbulb be replaced in the bathroom 3 times. It never was. Housekeeping was mediocre. The hotel is being renovated, new carpet was being laid on our floor which carried the added bonus of our room access being blocked for one day because of wet cement. […] We had to take the elevator to another floor and take the stairs. I was disappointed because I was staying near the arpt in in order to catch an early flight out. I picked this hotel because of the the shuttle service and I was told that the 1st shuttle out in the morning was @6a.m. My flight was departing @7.am. and the airlines advised us getting there at least 1hr. 30 min. especially since it was the Mon. after […] spring break. I checked into this location and stayed for 1 week due to its proximity to the function I was attending. The lobby and breakfast area looked okay, then I ventured up to my room. The hallway was filthy, carpet stained and smelly and the trashcan was overflowing by the elevator. When I got into my room I immediately called the front desk to be moved (no […] such luck - hotel was sold out). There was red hair - in clumps! - on the floor, bits of paper and dustballs all over the carpet. The dust in the room was so thick I could write my name and the areas that did appear to be wiped had streaks of cleaner on the surfaces. ALL of the drawers were filthy inside, literally dirt dirty so I never bothered to unpack. I called housekeeping to vacuum, then I walked down the road to the store, bought some Clorox wipes and began disinfecting the room myself. All the faucets were nasty and there were toothpaste specks on the sink and bottom on the mirror from the previous guest. The refrigerator still had items in the freezer from the previous guest and the microwave had a thick layer of red sauce inside. This was 100% not what I expected from Best Western. I am usually very happy with the cleanliness of their rooms - a factor I considered before I booked here. Anyway, I cleaned up myself which put a major damper on things and pretty much disgusted me for the rest of my time there. The AC fan (room 407) kept making noises throughout the night so I finally turned it off. I had arrived late in the evening with an early flight so I just dealt with it. The location is close to the airport. The shuttle driver in the AM got us there in warp speed.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the location convenient. I didn't get out to the pool but did use the fitness room which was adequate. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noise from the airport. Location was good for us because it was centrally located between the hotel and the cruise port. Surrounding area was kind of sketchy. We arrived at 11 and they wouldn't check us in early so we had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours. Wi-Fi range was horrible, we didn't even get service in our room or at the pool. I have to go back to the front desk twice […] to see if our room was ready because they had stopped calling people and we were one of the last people there. Then they allowed a band to rent the conference room on a sunday morning so we had to listen to very loud drums for 2 hours. What irritated me the most was they offer FREE shuttle service to the airport, however when I went to schedule a ride they only run every hour starting at 6am. Ok fine but I needed to leave at 6:30 so I was just going to call a cab ($10 to the airport) but the front desk said the driver could take me because no one else needed a ride at that time. Ok GREAT! We get to the airport and the driver tells me that now I owe him $25!! Because it was a "custom" time. Really?? Thanks for letting me know that before. I gave him $30 dollars expecting change but conveniently he didn't have any. Nice. Won't be staying there again. Read more

Place was relatively clean, safe, and cheap. I could hear people in the next room, they were a family, and not that loud but still, not much sound insulation. Arriving at the hotel, at noon I was told that my check in time was only going to happen by 1pm. Returning at 1pm, I was then told half an hour, which ended up being 2pm and NO ROOM!! The hotel looks better on the web site. The hallway carpeting is in dire need of being replaced, stains everywhere. The room carpet wasn't as bad. The beds were fine however we happened to be there last week when a cold front came through and the air conditioner was on full blast in our room, so we wanted to make it warmer... nope. The hotel was very conveniently located off the highway and and a 10 drive from the Airport. We stayed for 1 night. We were waiting for the rest of our friends to arrive the next day to head to Key West. The hotel provides a free breakfast that was really good! Will stay when traveling to FL in the near future.
