Our tub and stool has black hairs in it.. lucky I had brought my own bathroom cleaner. Floors could of been cleaner and shower curtain was kind of yukky at bottom... I did report it to front desk. Employers were nice. Coffee pot was nice for my father to have in room. Mattress's could be replaced. It is hard to find! Days INN sign is not located well […] it is not with motel... in a weird spot. Motel sits behind other businesses... seems to be well used and it starting to show those effects. Read more

The bedding did not fit very well and kept coming off when trying to sleep.The breakfast bar was well stocked on Saturday, no coffee, no plates, no cups etc. This was my fourth year at this hotel, probably my last.

Did not like that the smokers went RIGHT OUTSIDE the entrance to do their smoking! They need to have a designated spot away from the front door!

We stayed at this location for eight nights during a family reunion. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Pool area was not as nice. Very few chairs and no tables available for sitting. Pool water was very cloudy and the whirlpool had a urine smell to it.......very disappointed. The breakfast was adequate, but it was often not well stocked, ie......waffle […] maker was often broken, some of the cereal dispensers were nearly, if not empty, for two days in a row. One morning all of the coffee dispensers were totally empty. Not very inviting first thing in the morning. This location if very convenient to restaurants and the expressway. We would probably stay here again if we were not interested in the breakfast or pool area. Read more

Iwas kept up by a loud TV in the room next door. At 6:00 am after being awaken by it again I called to the front desk to no avail, though the desk clerk said she would go to the room and ask them to turn it down.

While this wasn't as close to the Soaring Eagle casino as we would have liked, for the price you couldn't beat it. We stayed New Years Eve and they didn't mark up that night near as much as many of the hotels we checked on. It appears they may have recently remodeled as everything looked so new and fresh. It was very easy to find it after getting off I-75. I would suggest the hotel mentions there is no elevator for those with disabilities. I had an hard time keep going up & down the stairs to go swimming, vendor machines as vendor machine was empty on top floor. The breakfast room was great. The beds were fine. The showerhead did not spray evenly-not enough pressure maybe..the tub drain did not work. Burn marks on the side of the tub from previous smokers. I took my Mom out of town for her birthday. We had no reason to go to Clare, but just chose the area for fun. I chose the Days Inn due to it's good rating. We couldn't have been happier. Comfortable, inexpensive, a good bargain for the price paid. The breakfast was sparse; coffee nearly empty with no prospect of more being brewed both mornings. Also, be sure to watch for the signs of the neighboring restaurant so that you won't mistakenly park in their lot (and chance getting towed away).
