"Good" is definitely NOT the rating of this hotel. Though it looks OK from the outside, it is in desperate need of remodeling. The man at the registration desk was nice. However...the registration desk is barricaded, and the room's carpet was filthy, walls cracking, furniture falling apart, fixtures loose, tub stained, etc. It's the worst place in which […] we've ever stayed...and would not have booked it had there been any vacancies elsewhere. The bed appeared to be sufficiently clean..and free of bed bugs, but that's the only good thing I can say about it. I would have slept in my car had the parking lot not been scary. Regrettably, the location, neighborhood, and personnel give this place a "2" star rating; when, in fact, the hotel room is AWFUL. Read more

Everything from the lobby to rooms were very clean and nice. Service was excellent, as was the complementary breakfast. The pool was clean and warm with a very nice water slide and mushroom fountain. Because of this hotel, I will definitely consider Comfort Inn's first when looking for hotels in the future.

Would suggest hooks in bathroom for towels. No place to put towels within reach when done showering, had to get out wet and go to counter to get towel. I like to dry off before i get out of the shower.

The kids loved the pool area. Bed was comfy and it would have been a great stay if we hadn't been able to hear the neighbors on one side talking and hear their TV. We were told it was because they were adjoining rooms. So if you are a light sleeper ask for a non adjoining room.

We needed a hotel for just one night. It was my husband and I with our 2 kids (ages 20 and 18) Those "kids" spent 2.5 hours playing on the slide in the pool. It was a great famiy experience. Thank you!

I stayed at the Comfort Inn one night on my way to Chattanooga. The hotel was right off Rt. 75. It was clean and well kept. Breakfast was standard for continental. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

The is the nicest looking and friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. I traveled with a child and the staff members all acknowledged him any time we were nearby. It was great that there was an indoor pool because my son got to swim even though it was cold outside. I'm already planning my next trip and plan to stay in this hotel again.
