Have stayed at other hotels in the area and this was the nicest and least expensive. Up to date furnishing and t.v. Bathroom was nice, but hasn't fully been updated. Clean, good area, easy check in and out and included breakfast. (Ceral, muffins, bagels-butter no cream cheese, juices, coffee, teas and fresh fruit. About 10 minutes to Disneyland on city roads. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fluffy and nice. Will be staying here again.

Pros: 1. Relatively close to Disneyland (10 mi). 2. Good breakfast. 3. Clean room. 4. Good neighborhood. Cons: 1. Restaurants near the hotel close too early. Overall: Will stay again. Good family hotel.

My Family stayed one night before transferring to a Disney hotel. We enjoyed the Hampton more than the Disney!! Would stay again.

everyone who works there is beyond polite and courteous. every time you walk back into the hotel the people at the front desk welcome you back. they were even helpful when i needed things at weird hours from my pregnant girlfriend. they know all the local romantic spots and great places to eat. the spa is a must go, the women who owns and runs it was […] so nice she called in a prenatal specialist for my girlfriend and went above and beyond by buying us a whole bunch of baby clothes! every time im in mission viejo im staying there Read more
"Warm, Friendly Hotel in OC Gets My Vote!"
I absolutely loved my visit to Ayers Hotel & Spa. I went to relax and found that the hotel and spa staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. In particular, the spa manager and staff were very knowledgeable, and particularly in tune to customers. I was absolutely impressed! I would recommend this place to anyone!

"Excellent Time...Friendly Staff"
I like out of the way places and though the hotel is not really near any major attractions it was close to where I needed to be. The bartender was awsome even though I don't drink. He remembered a couple from the previous year as they walked in and knew what they wanted to drink. On Christmas day I spent a few hours in the Spa and had a very enjoyable […] time. Everyone was very nice. My only complaint was the children running up and down the halls at night but that was more the responsiblity of the parents then the hotel at the time it was happening. "Ayres Hotel-- Out of the way"
no room service, free breakfast was nice, had outside corridors to the rooms but on the inside of the courtyard of the hotel. energy efficient hotel and not much to do or eat around after 9pm. quite area-- if coming from the north there is a toll booth FYI

"The Aryes in Mission Viejo"
Large rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff was curtious, but did not go out of there way for us. I did enjoy the the breakfast.
Everything was almost perfect. Better lighting in the bathroom would make it perfect.

It was in the middle of no where. I guess I expected it to be closer to the MV. Not in nearly another town. But it was a great hotel after all. Great service and very clean. If your in that area I highly recommend it.

Very nice, new hotel. The best rooms have mountainview, interior hallway. Courtyard rooms have window facing walkway. Nice breakfast. Two minor complaints- no room service that will bill to your room , but you can go into hotel restaurant and order to go. They offered to bring it to my room, but I was already there so had a glass of wine and waited. […] Other complaint , spa hours 10-5 pm difficult for business travelers to use. Having spa services available on-site doesn't turn a freeway motel into a spa, so if you are booking here with the hopes of enjoying a restful spa vacation, save your money and splurge on a day at Burke Williams instead. The hotel is situated between a freeway and a strip mall, the pool was filled with kids and surrounded by a chain link fence across […] the parking lot from the main building and the rooms were more Motel 6 than Mondrian. Though there were signs of refurbishing in the rooms, it didn't make up for the thin windows and the noisy courtyard. Not a top choice and not worth the price tag. Read more
"Perfect"
We stayed here for our trip to Laguna Beach. It's about 20 min from the beach and you get so much more quality for the price when renting not right on the beach. Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and smelled fine. The bed was very comfortable. 2 LCD TV's in the room. Rooms are energy efficient. You put your room key in a slot which turns […] the light on and it automatically turns off when you leave. Microwave and fridge in room. Complimentary full breakfast in the morning. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Pool and Jacuzzi are outside and very nice. Great views of mountains. Hotel location is away from super busy streets. "Temperature Control"
We were here for a wedding and experienced temperature control issues which became bothersome when getting ready. Other than that, the accomodations were fantastic.

Beautiful room, lovely interior courtyard, excellent staff. Lost my purse and it was returned to the front desk.
