Very impressed with this hotel. I prefer it to other hotels in the area rated with 4 stars. Upon entry you immediately feel that the lobby, bar area, and restaurant are a step above the other hotels in the area. The exercise room and spa are a definite plus - quite unusual for European hotels of this type. Only complaint was that there was not internet access available in the rooms during my stay. It was not a problem, because there was complimentary internet access in the public areas, which worked well. But this did seem like a shortcoming. They should correct that.

A very nice hotel compared to price. I missed the breakfast because I choose to sleep late. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right at the end of the best shopping street, next to the busstation and train station, but without traffic noise. 10 minutes by bus from the airport, so you can save the EUR 20 taxi fare.

When my husband and I first drove up to the hotel, I was concerned due to the exterior appearance of the hotel (dated and kind of overgrown looking) and... due to the proximity of the campground right next door (might be a problem in summer?). However, inside the hotel is a large, beautifully furnished lobby and rooms that are well-furnished, clean, and (at least in our case) included a large balcony to sit with a book and a glass of wine or cup of coffee (depending on time of day). The bathroom was large, clean and modern and included a nice tub. From the hotel to the charming town of Iseo is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk We ate lunch at the more casual restaurant on site on the day we arrived. The food was good and a good value, but because we were last seating for lunch, we felt a little rushed out at the end - were not offered the dessert that was included in the price of lunch. Breakfast was standard Italian 4 star hotel fare. We were not able to adjust room temperature - got a little warm, despite early spring visit (April). by Kathleen from North Carolina USA on 04/20/13
