      I reserved a single room and got two quite narrow single beds, but was comfortable enough using both pillows and comforters on one bed. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great - lots of selection. Staff were helpful. Unfortunately the Q-boat does not run in the winter. Was convenient for Gdansk Tours by Locals tour.

      Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Many things looked brand new inside, though the hotel itself is an older building. The breakfast food was great and plentiful with a wide selection for all tastes. Parking costs extra though.

    We booked in for 4 nights and after the worst night of our holiday we approached management as the room was on a corner of the building with 24 hour... lights and noise . They put us in a much lower room which didnt get the lights and much reduced noise levels were noted by us. the breakfast was a little average - well basic at best. the location of the train station was good. by a Hotels.com guest on 08/03/12

    Great value for money and in its category. Very nice and helpful staff. My room had some traffic noise. The hotel is about half an hour away from Gdansk and about 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Sopot.

    I spent a week at the Oliwski hotel. With its spotlessly clean bright airy rooms (though the lack of aircon in the high summer months may be an issue with some) comprehensive continental buffet breakfasts and friendly / helpful staff. I can thoroughly recommend this great little hotel to all.

    Hotel Olwiski is bright and modern situated on a main road in Oliwa which is about 5 Km outside gdansk. It has close links to trams, buses and trains (SKM) and can be reached from the Airport for less than 6ZL. Taxis can charge up to 75ZL from the airport to this property. Rooms are bright and clean with all the usual features. Not much of a view from […] any side of the hotel but why worry if you just want to sleep there and have a nice clean bathroom to use. The reception staff are excellent and go out of their way to assist with locval information. Drinks can be purchaced from the bar behind reception at very reasonable prices (7ZL for a beer). Breakfast includes a range of hot and cold dishes and there is a wide selection of yougarts, cerials, salads, cheeses and cold meats. A wide selection of juices, teas and coffees are also available at breakfast. If you want a quick snack there is a McDonalds next door to the hotel. Overall the Hotel Olwiski is a good place to stay and i would have no hesitiation booking it again. Read more

    We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved where it was located...walking distance to restaurants and a Mcdonalds just in front which was ideal for our hangover breakfast. Oliwski is a 5 min taxi ride to Sopot Square. Definitely recommend this Hotel to a friend. Staff were ok, but didn't smile much!

    We arrived a little ahead of check - in time, but this was not a problem. We were there for a week, due to a conference and the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The service personnel were extremely helpful and any requests were quickly met. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a decent amount of space and the attached bathrooms were very functional, […] clean and spacious. The breakfast was adequate, although the menu was a bit repetitive and homogeneous. Unfortunately there was no option of requesting specific dishes. There was no air conditioning in our rooms as we had neglected to request this option to my understanding, and the weather was very warm - but the rooms remained pleasant and cool through out. The major downside of the hotel is its location. To get to a decent restaurant one must walk at least 30 minutes, which after a hard day of work is not the greatest thing to look forward to. It is also right in front of a rather busy road, and with the windows open it can be fairly loud. The train and tram stations are nearby, and its easy enough to take one of these options to Sopot or Gdansk city, where there are plenty of dining and nightlife options. However the trains can be a little erratic, especially late at night. Overall the experience was good, and the prices charged were very fair. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you look ahead for dining / entertainment options in other parts of town. Read more

    Hotellet i seg selv er bra men det har en døgnåpen MC Donald som nærmeste nabo så det var bråk av biler og mennesker hele natten. Hotellet ligger ca 20 min utenfor gamle byen (med trikk) lett å finne frem men litt vel avsides om en kun er der en helg.

Auch zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum (Galeria Baltic) nur ein Katzensprung mit dem Tram, ca. 5 Minuten. Tram- und Busstation sindgleich neben dem Hotel.     Für alle, die ein Hotel während der EM suchen: Der Sercice Manager hat eine halbe Stunde für uns telefoniert, damit wir Dortmund-Schalke gucken konnten. Er hat es geschafft!!     The hotel is not exactly in the "heart of gdansk", unless your very big hearted, but the location is very close to a major tram line stop. Very wide selection of delicious breakfast items. Spacious rooms are recently renovated in a cosy, but modern way. Polite personnel. Very positive visit. We will return Hotel Oliwski during our next visit.

    Ich war im Sommer 2011 für 2 Wochen mit meiner Frau in Danzig, Hotel liegt nicht in der city sondern im Stadteil oliwa, ist aber kein Problem da eine S-bahn stationin der Nähe ist ( 10 min Fussweg), vom Flughafen fährt man mit dem Taxi ca 15min. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich geputzt, Ausstattung ist ok , Betten sind bequem, hatten 2 im DZ […] statt Doppelbett, haben sie halt zu- sammengerückt, Mankos ist das es bei offenen Fenster etwas laut ist ( Hautverkehrsstraße, Straßenbahn) und das das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat oder diese nicht funktioniert und Fenster sich nur ankippen lassen Frühstück ist reichlich und ausgezeichnet.Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, die Putzfrauen klauen auch nicht. Sehr schöner Park gegenüber dem Hotel ( oliwski Park). ´Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
