the hotel was the only one open after all floods that happen in October.walking distance to the gruta. everything here is up the hilland downs hills. the great thing was had kitchen , with microwave so we managed. The food here is very expense. we go the market in center and buy fresh cooked food. the market closes at 1pm every day indoor and fresh fruits is outdoor. supermarket across the street from market. but its a hike, the staff is very friendly. we had a problem with hot water and they change our room right away. if you want to go lourdes . Go off season trust me. No one speaks english, so we managed with our spanish. everything expensive. Lourdes only had one mass and one rosary a day the baths at santuary 2hrs a day. that was amazing.

The apartment hotel is right on a busy pedestrian mall, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The manager spoke English and was very helpful. It should be made clear that the office is only manned during certain hours, not 24/7. Had we arrived an hour later it would have been impossible to check in. We did not have free wifi for the first two days because they did not have enough hardware devices for every unit. Also, sets of towels do not include wash cloths. None of the cooking pans had lids. The friendly, helpful staff, great location, and secure feeling of the neighborhood more than made up for these minor inconveniences.

This hotel was in a great location to visit the grotto and city center. Our double room was typically European to small, but the hotel was very pretty. The staff could improve their promptness in staffing the front desk/reception area.

The accommodations were just like home. Being able to buy our own food and cook it was a Big savings, and if you need to dust a bit or any other home... chore it is worth it. We found Peter to be an easy person to talk to and just being in Lourdes you know you are on Holy Ground. I suggest you also visit the hospital there and see how well cared for the people who really suffer are taken care of. Get to Lourdes asap and enjoy this special location. This is a great extended stay property, however, it is not a hotel. You do not get daily maid service and 24 hour front desk service. They also ask you to clean your room upon departure. Clean tidy resort, nice pool. Sofa-beds uncomfortable. If stay is for longer than 3 nights sheets and bedding not provided unless paid for on arrival. Large deposit required on booking in which will be retained unless appartment is left as found, beds must be stripped, washing up done etc. Access to the Grotto is either by over 100 steps or by walking […] down steep hill, great for those with good mobility but quite difficult for people with walking difficulties. Taxi's are easily available for transport to the Sanctuaries. Very nice pool area for relaxing. Reception hours very limited and check in times strictly adhered too, no check in before 4pm. this can be quite limiting if you are only on a short visit and your plane arrives early, we found no where to leave our luggage so had to wait three hours before we could go exploring, even though the office was open. This hotel is Brilliant. Not only is the location ideal (on the foothills of the Pyrenees) but the hotel itself is of really good quality. The room was of really good size (2-4 people) and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made a big effort to explian everything in English. The room contained pretty much everything you require to stay […] comfortably in a place. There was a microwave, fridge, cookers, utensils, cutlery etc. The bathroom had a really good shower and was of really good size. My only slight complaint is the amount of security deposit they hold on your account. 500 euros is pretty steep but having said that, they only write your card details on a piece of paper and delete these as soon as you check out. The building was very new, they could not get the card keys to work and the smell of adhesive for the floor was strong and made you feel bad at night and the bed so hard it seemed a punishment. The noise was so great you could not have the doors open and as no air-con the choice was to cook or go mad. The room was 6m from the Pau road. Moved […] into another hotel to sleep and returned to cook and use pool. They claimed they could not move me as full and said the road was quiet at night - wrong. Les apparts hôtels se degrade. Il y à plus le charme de l'année dernière. Les linges uniquement fournit, pour un court séjour ça serai bien que les lits soit faites.

L'endroit est calme. Les lieux sont propres, l'ascenseur fonctionne bien. La chambre est bien équipée (petit studio). Nous sommes satisfaits, et nous comptons y revenir MERCI

Visiblement la propreté n'était pas le fort de l'hôtel... les toiles de poussière accumulées sur les plafonds sont à mes yeux intolérable dans une chambre à ce prix... Pour le même prix on dort dans un trois étoiles possédant également une kitchenette...

On se sent vraiment comme chez soi... Possibilité d'avoir un balcon, de faire la cuisine, chambre à part très pratique pour une famille... Idéalement situe!! Léger point négatif au niveau de la propreté des appartements mais compréhensible étant donné que cela repose sur la bonne volonté des anciens occupants...

Residence in ottime condizioni dista dal santuario 20 minuti a piedi la camera pulita l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il fatto che loro ti davano lle lenzuola e tu dovevi farti il letto e quando terminavi il soggiorno dovevi lasciare tuttto pulito ma per il resto tutto ok.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix via le site hotel.com avec personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et agréable. Accès à la piscine tardif (très appréciable). L'emplacement de la résidence permet un accès rapide au commodités et au "sites touristiques".
