No wifi - only one ethernet cable - no HD TV If you like staying in a condo-townhouse situation where you can cook for yourself then this is good but with so many lower priced options with HDTV and WIFI this place is looking less appealing

This was our 2nd time staying at this resort. Beautiful grounds, wonderful pool area, good food at bar and restaurant, friendly staff, spacious accommodations, and easy access. We discovered this place about 6 months ago and would recommend to anyone who wants some space located in a quiet pocket area but easy access to the traditional points of interest […] (yes, Disney etc). Still a developing area with a few restaurants to currently explore with short or no waiting times (gotta love that!). Even has a video room we reserved this time and we brought Gone with the Wind and sat as a family watching a classic movie with comfortable stadium seating and big screen for viewing for no extra cost! Wonderful (except it was like 40 degrees outside but at least it wasn't snowing like the blizzard going thru the northern state where we live but did warm up to mid sixties right before we left! which of course was not the resorts fault! Nice accomodations for a family - a few extra charges was not prepaired for - cleaning charge / option of insurance charge or deposit for any damage - room had some damage and carpet stains - it was also unfortunate that our room was closest to the highway - it was ok.

Beds very comfortable and rooms clean. Would recommend bringing a hair dryer though as there are none in the rooms. The pool was nice but kind of small for the size of the resort and there is only one in the complex. Price very reasonable for the space you get. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect for my family of 5.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rates were very reasonable and we would go again. My only complaint was that there was no cell phone service in the room. We could get a signal outside but not in the room.

We are not childburdoned so going to relax by the pool would not be relaxing *for us* but fine for families and kids. we used this as a place to stay while attending a few different events in the area. Very clean. Nice neighborhood . Great if you have lots of kids and can't fit into a typical hotel room. Rates weren't bad , but they did charge extra for cleaning if you were a short stay. There was also a fee if you didn't take your trash to the dumpster.

A very nice proprety. Only downfall was a few minor issues. The remote for the main tv would not work properly. The pool bar only had two employees to handle a very largw crowd. They advertised complimentry printer service but the machine was broken. Overall I would stay there again anytime.

The location was very nice, about 10 minutes from disney. The unit was spacious and very clean. Nice quite location and pool. We did have some maintenance issues with the unit but they were addressed fairly quickly.

The two bed-room condo is spacious and clean. Nice heated pool! A Publix store and 711 store are nearby. Just the location-wise, there is extra 10-15 min drive comparing to other hotels near the attractions. A car is definite needed!

The location of this resort is a little south of Disneyworld but it's nice to get away from the park atmosphere. The room is spacious and we enjoyed coming back from the parks and being able to cook our own meals. We liked the washer and dryer in the room. The community was quiet (gated) and had no problems with noise from others. Publix is just down the street so we could shop for groceries without going out of our way. Didn't have a chance to use the pool. Would stay here again. Nice place for the price and no resort fees. Difficult to find, pitch dark entrance int o the complex at night, kind of scary with Kids, unless you are going to horror nights : ) stained carpets, difficult to find the building at night, no lighted numbers at the building, basically guess where you are staying, the only thing nice was the elevator, brand new. This condo resort was a nice property. The suite was clean if not spartan. The biggest complaint I have is thee were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I was amazed that a home in Florida would not have ceiling fans in every room. Even with the air turned low, it was tough sleeping. Otherwise it was okay. Close to Disney; dining and shopping nearby.

The location was not far from Orlando and a half hour from Legoland. We were traveling with two small children and my mother so we got a 3 bedroom unit. The layout was such that my mom didn't even here when my two year old woke up in the middle of the night! We stayed one night so we had to pay the $45 cleaning fee. But even after that it was less than […] staying in a standard room....and we each had our own bedroom....no one on the couch! There is a Publix grocery store just a half mile down the road, so you don't have to pack any coolers...just drive over before you check in and stock your fridge! This resort is not within walking distance of ChampionsGate golf course or the conference area of the Omni Hotel, so take that into consideration when staying for a conference or event. Also, there is no wi-fi in the rooms, so I couldn't get any work done. The pool area is nice, but I wouldn't say there is enough on-site activity to keep kids entertained […] for a whole week. This place would be ok for families on vacation, but this is not the best place for business folks. Also, note that they will charge you an additional cleaning fee automatically if you stay less than a week, so I consider this place to have hidden charges. Just spent an amazing Easter weekend at Tuscana Condos. I would highly recommend the resort. Kids loved the pool, friendly staff, well maintained property. Also loved the location. Close enough to Orlando, yet far enough away from the craziest areas.

I was on a business trip which included a conference at Champions Gate just a mile away. This was the perfect alternative to staying on resort grounds at >50% significant savings. The Rooms were large and included a full kitchen, dinning room and living room. I wish I could have brought my family so they could have enjoyed the free shuttle to the nearby […] attractions. The only complaints are that I wish they had WiFi (they had cable internet) and that there is only only one sit down restaurant and one fast food place near by. BTW for stays under 5-nights there may be a cleaning charge above the Hotels.com charge so please call them as it can depreciate the value of the stay for 1-2 nights. I would definitely go back. We booked two 3 bedroom condos and asked that they be near the pool. We had two first floor side by side condos in Buiding one. They are spacious and 3 bedrooms was a plus. There were 5 children and 5 adults. We live in Summerfield, Fl, one daughter lives in Tampa, and the other daughter in New Orleans. We get together every year for a family vacation. […] The resort is close to Disney and Universal (Harry Potter was a dream come true for the 8 and 10 year olds) where our grandchildren spent a day or two. Every night the staff would show a movie, in the theater that our grandchildren requested (Ages 4 thru 10) It is close to the pool so the adults could sit outside and have a drink . The pool is very nice and there are cabanas and seating throughout. One daughter brought 3 bicycles and there were bike racks right outside the condo door. The staff was friendly and accomodating. There is a Publix about two minutes away. It was so convenient. We ordered a birthday cake to celebrate three birthdays in August, Tuscana was recommended to us by a family member who stayed there in the past. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very unprofessional lobby with a hall full of junk right in the middle of the room with a yellow strap keeping people out. The condo unit was very large but the maintenance and supplies were not up to par. The handle on the shower popped off when you turned on the water and the stopper in the sink and tub did not […] work. The carpets and chairs were dirty. We had to walk 3 buildings over to dispose of trash. (Most condo have a place for disposal in each building) The supplies did not meet expectations. No paper towels, you are given one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and are told to go buy your own if you need more. There was no oven mit or pot holder for the kitchen. We were told that there was one dish rag supplied in the kitchen when we asked about paper towels, but the "dish rag" was a restaurant cloth napkin... not much help in a kitchen. The air conditioner stopped working one day, and lastly there was a horrible smell in the master bathroom coming from the drains.... Do NOT stay here if you have any normal expectations of a resort. Orlando has too many nice condos to use this cheap, sorry, unprofessional excuse of a resort. I have stayed in about 12 different condo resorts in Orlando and all are far superior to this place. The Tuscana is beautiful resort situated in a peaceful setting about 20 minutes outside of Disney and Universal -right off the hghway. We had a 3 bedroom unit that was extremely clean and comfortable for 5 people. The pool is beautiful and there is food service at the pool which is convenient and open at night (check the hours). Directly up the entryway […] into the resort is a CHILIS, 24 hr. MCDonalds, Gas stations and a plaza with Walgreens and some small food places. The only thing I did not realize was that we needed to supply our own soap, paper products, etc after our initial supply ran out.
