MY family stayed at your hotel while we were in town to attend our son's graduation from University of Cincinnati this past weekend. Location was good & our room was clean & comfortable. Very contemporary decor - nice for a change! I would stay there again!

Stay was great. The staff accomodated us coming in early morning around 4AM. The only issue we had was not knowing there was a $8 parking fee until we received a bill under our door at checkout for the $8 fee.

I was very surprised at the size of the room... very spacious. It was very nice. The only real problems we had were minor. We couldn't get the TV to work properly but we received prompt service in fixing it. We were told we weren't the only ones that had problems so if you stay here expect to make a phone call. Our stay was great. We were wanting a hotel downtown, in walking distance to the stadium and bars, but everything was booked so we decided on Springhill Suites. We were more than satisfied with our stay and more than likely will stay here everytime we make a visit to Cincinnati from here on out. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the separate shower from the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. A light went out in one of the lamps and we needed an extra glass. Housekeeping came very quickly and was very friendly. We would stay again.

I thought the staff was excellent. They were right on top of anything I needed. The location is not the best. If you are in Cincy to see the conservatory (unlikely) or the Art Museum (nice) this is a good hotel. If you are looking for some nightlife, the Newport KY area might be a better choice.

Springhill Suites in Cincinnati was a very nice and clean hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast in the lobby was great, and the location was not that bad. We had to go to the Duke Energy Center everyday of our stay and it took us 5 minutes to get there. I feel the price was a bit expensive for an average hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was not located in the nicest area. The shower curtain had some mold on it, the carpet had a big stain and the toilet paper roll was brown throughout the whole roll.

This hotel was far more then I expected especially for the cost. I stayed here for 3 nites whilegoing to the Super Bowl and the it was a wonderful experience all around. The staff was helpful, positive and more then pleasant. Love everything about it except getting to it off the highway

Great hotel to stay at. Room size and decor are very welcoming. Newer building, very artistically maintained. Such a relief to see two separate areas for the bath and toilet..Wi-Fi is built in and so is breakfast. Those two are definite advantages over some of the more pricier options downtown. I-71 is literally at its footsteps, so getting onto Freeway […] is not a big deal at all. Staff are very friendly despite being a Gen Y contemporary place. Overall, hotel was pretty nice...except for our room. We requested a king size bed, non-smoking room. When we got into our room, it was a two queen size bed room and smelled like a complete ashtray. It cost us $8 for parking which did not seem fair given the cost of the room for the night. Stayed there for 3 days for business trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown. It is walking distance to Mt Auburn. The room was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. They have free breakfast and wifi. I would stay here again.
