Very good, central location for local activities. Very nice flowers on property. Had a little trouble connecting to WiFi, but good speed once connected. Bathroom a little disappointing (no exhaust fan, pink toilet (low-boy) and tub). Continental breakfast had fresh pastry (excellent), but no orange juice. Newer LCD TV, but only offered 25-stations. […] Found the bed a little too firm for my preference. Room had a micro and small fridg, which was nice. Given the above, I would probably return. Hotel room was clean...but very basic. There wase no phone, coffee pot, hairdryer, or iron - if you are into the amenities. However, there was fridge and microwave. Mattress was semi-older but blanket on bed - very warm. Cost of room OK.

the directions on google map were wrong, would have been very easy to find, otherwise. very nice and very quiet room despite all the activity outside (surprisingly quiet upstairs) the area is very busy with activity. only one suggestion; please have smoking away from the building!!!! in order to get to our room, we had to walk through cigarette smoke […] from people sitting right outside their rooms. that part was really disappointing. The room we had with a single queen bed was very spacious for the price. The wifi signal was a bit weak but worked. The "Continental Breakfast" was disappointing. There is no tables/chairs, and the choices were very limited: OJ, coffee, bagels & danish. Location is nice, since it's close enough to walk to the Hot Springs pools if you choose

Old building but nicely maintined. AC was slow but did its job. We had booked 2 rooms, they gave both adjacent, but the best part was, both rooms had were connected from inside. There was some detergent smell as soon as we entered. We had to keep the doors open and turn the AC on for a while to get rid of the smell.

I knew I was in for a surprise when I was handed a "metal key." We only had 2 pillows on the bed and the free breakfast had a lot to be desired. The lady at the desk was nice though.

Room was clean - nothing special. No clock/alarm and no hair dryer - could not get a dryer from front desk until it opened at 7am. Not good for an early riser that wants to get on the road.

We had a very nice stay! The reservation arrived after we did and the owner was very hospitable! Due to a room being available, we were able to check in early. Beds were comfortable, bath was clean and well supplied, and temperature was easily controlled. With windows open overnight, traffic did not bother either of us! We would stay again! One suggestion […] is to provide a coupon or discount to the breakfast at the attached Barvarian Restaurant in place of the continental breakfast. We just stopped on our way West and stayed here to enjoy the springs. While this is not the closest it is the most economical and was fine for the night we were there. Don't expect a lavish Continental breakfast!
