Overall is was ok. Still Water does not offer room service or maid service. If you want new towels, you have to exchange them at a different building. And you have to clean the room before you leave to avoid an additional charge. Since nothing is done for you, it's more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. As far as the condition of the place is concerned, it was great other than the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I mean no offense to Still Water by saying these things, I'm just being honest. If you don't mind doing things yourself when you're on vacation, then this place would perfect for you. However, I'll probably be staying at an actual hotel during my next trip to Branson.

"Great place for families"
The front desk person was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Housekeeping was polite and helpful with extra towels and items needed for small kids. "Nice Hotel, but one big issue"
We had a wonderful three day stay, but after the first night, we discovered a blood stain on our sheets, which is unexceptable. I brought it to the attention of the front desk person, who in turn, apologized and said they would take care of it. The sheets were changed and we received a bag with two apples, bananas and water. "Hampton goes downhill"
I really don't mind hotels that allow pets as long as those pets do not interfere with the comfort of the other guests. There were barking dogs in the hotel that would not quiet down every evening and night that we stayed. Management chose to ignore the please of the guests from surrounding rooms. Also, apparently the hotel does not completely clean […] up after previous pets have stayed because there were several guests that are allergic to cats and dogs that had allergy problems after staying in their rooms. My husband and I chose to stay at this hotel recently on our trip to Branson. We were immediately impressed by the staff at the front desk. They were very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable about Branson and all the attractions in the area. This Hampton had smaller rooms than other Hamptons we have stayed in. We had to request a microwave and frig.; however, the room was very clean and the staff was more than helpful. "quiet location"
We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn - the nicest Hampton we have ever visited. It is still new enough that everything is nice and modern. The location is a mile or so off the highway, so there is close access to the outlets and other shopping and dining but definitely off the beaten path. There is a very large breakfast area with a nice variety […] available, which changed slightly each day. Our main complaints were with the fitness room - there was not a fan and someone had the temperature set at 73, which made serious exercise a challenge! There also was not a bottle of disinfecting spray to wipe down the equipment after exercising. Our room never was made up the second day - it would have been nice to have the bed made and trash emptied. None of these problems would be enough to keep us from staying here again. Check in was not smooth--our PAID reservations weren't listed on their computer. They charged my spouse's charge card before I could show our copy of the reservations. They cancelled the charge, but it took a long time to get straightened out. "Branson Hills Hampton"
The hotel is brand new and a very nice accomodating venue. There was a very small problem though. Both mornings we were there we were awakened by voices and they did not come from the hallway.
