Accomodations were very nice. I did have to move from my original room as the door would not lock when leaving the room. In the reassigned room, the DVD player was missing and I had that noted so that I would not be charged. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the accommodations of the room.

I loved it. The people was very friendly I had to wash clothes so I went to buy detergent and I only had a hundred dollar bill it was late and the front desk didn't have change for that so they gave it to me for free. I'm definitely staying there again next year

I WAS PASSING THROUGH AND PULLED OVER ON THE SPUR OF A MOMENT. BOOKED THE ROOM ON MY PHONE AND WALKED IN. STAFF WAS GREAT, ROOM WAS VERY NICE. REALLY ENJOYED THE NIGHT.

I was on an impromptu photography road trip. I had just made the reservation about 5 minutes before arriving using my phone and hotel.com. I was given a fourth floor suite with a king sized bed. Good: - They have a small convenience store in the lobby with the usual snacks. They also had ice-cream, microwave dinners, cold drinks and sandwiches in […] addition to things like Tylenol and antacids. - The hotel is set back from Hwy 69 behind some restaurants. It was very quiet and I heard no road noise. - Across the street is a Blockbuster and WalMart. - The room was quite large and felt “roomy”. - The room had a lazy-boy recliner in addition to a desk with an office chair. There were six outlets by the desk and on each side of the bed, in addition the ones in the kitchen. - The appliances were full sized along with pots and other cooking/dining items. - The bed was very comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. - Finally, the shower head was great with good pressure & plenty of hot water. Not so good: - There are no ice machines in the building. You need to turn on the ice maker in the freezer in your room which was a bit frustrating. - The entrance to the parking lot is very hard to spot. There’s a ground level sign, but it’s very easy to miss. You can turn into the Carl Jr’s parking lot and go around the back to reach the hotel. Conclusion: This hotel struck me as rather new. Not sure why this hotel is only ranked as a 2 star hotel. I found it to be quite nice. It was clean and the accommodations were of reasonable quality. There was a nice fitness center and business center with computer access for guests who weren't traveling with their own. Full kitchen with full size refridgerator freezer, microwave, a stove, and all of the dishes pots and pans in a huge new room. Great wifi. This room had its own little kitchen which I loved plus the fact that it was smoke free. They let u have animals there and worked on a honor system which u don't hear of at all. I can't explain it all in just a few words, you'll just have to go and check it out for yourself.

We went to McAlester, OK for family. We couldn't find much to do at all in town other than drive around looking for anything to do. A catalog at the hotel mentioned a museum for the town, but it was no longer open. There is a prison, but that's about it. If not for the family event, we never would have gone there and we will absolutely never go back. […] This hotel is the only positive thing we found there. The Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. The new carpet smell was very strong. The air conditioning was hard to regulate and loud. Beds were comfortable and the room and kitchen area were very clean. We would stay there again.
