The hotel while just off of Santander was quite a suprise. There was no noise from the street, the breakfast was better than expected, the staff were curteous andall in all a great place to stay in Pana.
"Regis in Panajachel - Best location, great service"
This is a really good hotel, with nice complimentary spa services and in the middle of the bustling Panajachel main street. 5 minutes walk to the main dock to the boats. The only minimal complain I could have is that wifi do not reach the rooms (so you have to stay in common areas) and cable TV signal sucks. But again, who would travel to Lake Atitlan […] to use internet or watch TV? Read more

Well located, simple facilites, older, very freindly and helpful staff, not fancy but adequate for a short stay.

It had been 11 years sense I stayed in the Regis. I was as wonderful as I remembered it being. We were well cared for the spa was excellent and service was everything I remembered. It should be noted that they do have rooms with small kitchens which is wonderful if you are going to be in town for a while or traveling with kids. "Superb hotel"
I was quite impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. My room was modest, but clean and comfortable. I took my family for a mini vacation and we were very happy with our choice. Clean, charming, excellent location and friendly staff at an affordable price...we couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel.
"Good location, comfy and a decent price"
We only stayed here for one night and so didn't use the facilities extensively but in general we found this to be a very nice hotel. Specifically the rooms are huge, the beds comfy and the location very quiet (despite being central). The only negative I can think of is that the taps in our shower were labelled incorrectly and the 'hot' wasn't particularly […] hot at all; but it was no big deal. The address listed on Hotels.com isn't particularly helpful. The hotel is actually half-way along Calle Santander (the main tourist road) but set back 50m into a side street. There's a massive sign marking the location of the hotel directly on the main street. Read more

se recomienda esta en la calle principal de pana , comodo , bien atendido. tiene sauna y aguas termales , muy acorde con el precio. solo agregaria wifi en la habitacion. saludos!!!

Le rapport Qualité/prix est excelent. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour a panajachel notament grace au service et la comodité de l'hotel Regis. Attention, le servcie Spa est relativement simple, mais très sympathique. Le personnel est tres charment et serviable. Les chambres sont tres comodes et le restaurant plutot bien. Totalmente recomendable. Hotel con un bonito jardín. Personal muy amable. Alrededores magnificos en torno al lago. Estancia cómoda y relajante.
Hade en underbar trädgård mede jáccuzzi och thermalbad. Utmärkt service.

Esta bueno y a un precio muy razonable si comprado por internet. Si se quiere estar en pleno centro es el unico con jardin..

Carino, spaziosa la camera, pulito, personale gentile, una meraviglia mettersi in piscina termale arrivando da un viaggio avventuroso. Ottimo per rilassarsi è girare intorno.
El hotel es antiguo, pero bien mantenido, limpio con abitaciones amplias, solo que un poquito obscuras. El personal super amable, solo que no tenia listas las habitaciones a las 15:00. La ubicacion esta en el centro de Panajachel, por lo que no tiene playa al lago. No me entregaron factura, porque dijeron que Hotel.com es a quien ellos facturan y que […] debia ser Hotel.com quien me envie la factura?? esto si nunca antes me sucedió. Las camas son incomodas, las almohadas DURAS, pero todo lo demas esta muy bien!!!
"Hotel Regis de Panajachel, céntrico y silencioso"
El hotel esá situado en una de las dos calles importantes de Panajachel, calle muy bulliciosa de puestos y coches pero el hotel se encuentra en medio de jardines y el ruido no llega a las habitaciones. Cada habitación tiene un pequeño porche donde sentarse a descansar y son habitaciones amplias. En pocos minutos caminando se llega a los embarcaderos […] o la confluencia con la otra calle principal del pueblo. Lo único mejorable es el acceso a internet, sólo tienen un ordenador disponible y la información turística que dan las recepcionistas sobre la zona. En ocasiones desconocen muchos datos importantes y a veces dan información errónea, por lo que es importante comprobarlo. Read more
