Anna and Ellios were so welcoming! They treated us like family and helped us with anything that we needed, especially setting up a private cooking lesson with one of the top chefs on the island. The location was perfect and close the airport, yet just a block to the beach and a very delicious Restuarant. :) We came at the perfect time of year before the crowds came. Really, the island is not too large, so most locations were less than 15-30 minutes or less. No major crowds in this area, just a peaceful setting. Oh, don't forget the daily cleanings, and a little home grown treat at night. Thank you so much ! I will recommend to many friends. ;)

Awesome view to the Caldera from the room hanging on the cliff. This hotel is located in Firestofani, 10 minute walk distance to Fira on a beautiful road. Excellent service. TV, Air Conditionar although it got cold during the night (on April), Safe box in room.

The town of Imerovigli has the best view on the entire island, and the Tholos resort is built to take advantage of this in each of its rooms. The hotel is quaint and the service is impecable, with everyone doing absolutely everything to make every part of our stay perfect.We travel with our two children (12, 14) all around the world, and the room we had was perfect for our family.

This is a good option is you are looking for a comfortable, clean hotel with really helpful personnel who will go the extra mile to make you feel at home... the only bad things about this stay: The rooms are too cold if you visit in other time of the year that is not summer... the heater in the rooms do not work porperly... Wireless internet does not work... I had to work in the holidays and the hotel ended up lending me their internet connection in the lobby and plugged it to my laptop... Breakfast is good but it lacks variety... boiled eggs, omelette and crepes are the only options... and it gets old really quickly... TV has just a few channels... but well, TV is not the reason why you go to Santorini anyway... Other than that the hotel is a pretty solid option... I would recommend it as a reliable low-cost option... the staff is truly helpful and they give you advices and guidance about what to do and where to go... enjoy guys!! I would def go back to Drossos hotel...

With a seven-kilometre stretch of black volcanic sand backed by tamarisk trees, Perissa is the budget end of Santorini. "Paradise Palace"
My friend and I stayed at the Blue Palace Bay for 2 nights and it definitely was not enough time. The hotel is situated right on the black sand beaches of Perissa, literally a one minute walk from your hotel room. Their beach has sunbeds to lay under, without a charge! Which was nice since it was pretty hot out. The room was exceptionally clean and […] was decorated with the whites and blues you expect to see in Greece. The bathroom was clean and the room was very comfortable. The entire property was always kept spotless. The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful and cheery, I just wanted to take them all home with me! They spoke perfect English and were fun to talk to and get to know. I would reccomend this hotel to ANYONE staying in Santorini. It was perfect! and I can't wait until I can go back to the Blue Palace Bay again! Read more

"Billigt, liten säng, läskig hiss, men bra frukost!"
Inte precis det charmigaste kvarteret och ingen restaurang nära. Hemska, fallfärdiga hus runtomkring och för lågt balkongräcke (lite läskigt). Hissen liten och tät, katastrof att fastna i. Vi betalade extra för superior bedding men den var inte alls bra. Ett enda lakan för två att dela på som täcke och smal dubbelsäng. Smutsig heltäckningsmatta. "Varning för detta hotell"
Jag bokade ett trebäddsrum för 4 pers (2 vuxna + 2 barn). Jag fick ett tvåbäddsrum i källaren (under gatuplan) med ett litet fönster på 40x15 cm ut mot loftgång. I rummet fanns bara 2 fåtöljer som var bäddade som extra sängar, vilket gjorde att det fanns inget att sitta på rummet. 2 balkar gick rakt genom rummet som begränsade takhöjden till 170 cm. […] Det var mörkt, obekvämt, trångt, dåligt planerat och rent allmänt klastrofobiskt. Jag klarade inte av att vistas i rummet. Däremot var det rent. Det fanns en AC men den blåste ut luften rakt på fåtöljerna där barnen skulle sova. Båda barnen har förkylningsastma och problem med falsk krupp. Tog bara 1 timme innan första barnet fick krupp hosta. Stängde man av AC blev det drygt 30 grader varmt. Första natten var en av de absolut värsta i mitt liv. Utlovad kaffebryggare saknas. TV'n har 3 kanaler, varav 2 på grekiska. Dricksglas saknas på rummet, i restaurangen sitter lappar överallt som upplyser om att det är skattebrott att ta med glas till rummet (sedan när bryr sig grekerna om skatteregler?). WiFi utlovas i hela hotellet, och det finns i stora delar av hotellet men fungerar ej. Nere i vårt källarrum finns varken WiFi eller mobiltäckning. Frukost har enart baguett + 2 syltsorter, samt mjölk + 2 sorters flingor. Enda juicen är apelsinjuice som är utspedd med vatten 1:10. Nu ska jag försöka flytta, finns inte en chans på jorden att jag stannar här en natt till. Read more

Hotel familiar, gestionado por los hermanos, que brindan simpatía y servicio. Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpio y nuevo, en una zona tranquila cerca de zonas animadas, y en primera línea de una playa que, por buscarle algún pero, al ser de arena negra no hay que olvidarse las chanclas bajo riesgo de quemarse los pies. "Blue Diamond Bay"
Mycket trevligt mindre hotell beläget precis vid perissastranden. Hotellet har egna solstolar på stranden med servering från bar/kök, gångavstånd ca 50m. Fenomenal servicenivå hos de anställda som hjälper till med allhanda problem, mycket trevliga och pratglada. Privat pool, mycket större än så här är de faktiskt inte på Santorini men räcker gott och […] väl. Städning av rummet och rena handdukar varje dag - bra. Vi bodde i en mysig lägenhet med två våningar för fyra personer. TV:n väldigt liten men vem åker på semester för att se på TV ? Havsutsikt/glimt från de flesta rum på övre våningar och hotellet har bra solläge. Frukost serveras varje morgon men den är väldigt torftig - svagt kaffe, juice, vitt bröd (torrt), marmelad, honung, smör, cornflakes, mjölk, yogurth. Komplettera gärna upp med eget på pålägg. Hotellets snackbar har ett begränsat utbud vad gäller mat, fungerar dagtid. Jag rekommenderar en promenad på 5 minuter längs stranden in mot centrum där ni finner riktiga restauranger, bättre och godare mat till samma pris som på hotellet. En del upplever att det är långt till Fira men vi hade hyrbil hela veckan och åkte runt på hela ön. Kan rekommendera detta istället för att betala för transferbuss/utflykter utifall att ni reser med charter. Boka hyrbil på internet så hämtar/lämnar ni den på flygplatsen. Det blir billigare än att hyra på plats av lokala aktörer och ni får en bra bil med rätt försäkring. (Avis) -Totalt sett ett fint hotell som jag varmt rekommenderar. Read more
