"Huge Room"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
the family suite was quite big. it has a separate receiving area. the bed was king sized, a little hard compared to other hotels but i had a great sleep for 2 nights. beautiful hardwood furnitures. the closet sauna/shower is what i like best. buffet breakfast has ample supply. check-in at midnight was swift. we were allowed a late check-out by girl manager (the girl at front desk said not ok but we insisted). from our room - one side (terrace) has beautiful view and the other side has ugly view. there is no elevator and we have to walk good that we didn't have any baggage. when we checked-in the guy at front desk smells like he's been drinking liquor. the front door lock of our room is not that good (broken) and i didn't feel quite so safe so we always had a chair blocking the door. this hotel knows how to save on things like there was no lights when we arrived at midnight or that the slippers in the room was reused.
"5 Star hotel a short Tuk Tuk ride to town"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Mahogany lobby and grand old 5 star hotel with beautiful pool area and chef for individualized omelets or noodle soup at breakfast in addition to the grand buffet. The tuk tuk drivers are available at all hours right in front of the hotel. The city is just 10 min tuk tuk ride to town or 35 min walk. If you do not mind being away from the action a bit this guarantees quiet nights. Staff very friendly and helpful.
"Wonderful location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
Great value for the price. It is close to both airport and Siem Reap center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, service is excellent. Their restaurant is good too. If I were to visit Siem Reap again I would not look for other hotel.
"Simply excellent"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 29, 2012
Wonderful staff, fabulous little pool, very attractive rooms, plenty of amenities (free daily water, bathroom supplies, robes), free pick up/drop off from bus or airport, very good breakfast. $2 tuk tuk ride to the night bazaar. good prices for day-long tuk tuk driver and guide for angkor wat. very close to the archeaological park, and a very short ride to the night bazaar area. an all-time favorite bargain find.
"Good place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 24, 2012
A bit away from the center of Siem Reap. If you want to be near activity don't stay here. If you want a bit of a relaxing environment this is the place. Staff is very nice, restaurant is ok to good, the pool is excellent and the rooms very good. I would stay here again.

"What a find......Friendliest Staff in Siem Reap"
Great little hotel in Siem Reap, short walk into town, tuk tuk drivers outside, the staff make this hotel, they are cleaning all the time, the reception staff greeted us every afternoon when we got back from some very hot sightseeing with cold towels from the fridge and a cold drink.......very Cambodian, not your regular sanitized motel. We really loved […] it and it was fabulous value for money. Read more

"Tremendous Value"
This is a great hotel for the money and the best value on our trip to SE Asia. The staff is outstanding and make you feel at home. The included breakfast, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, great selection of TV channels, and low low price will have you wondering why other hotels aren't this good. We were completely satisfied with the hotel and will […] stay there again if we go back to Siem Reap. Read more
"Almost like home"
...except my home isn't as nice as Kazna. I spent one month in Asia and stayed different hotels ranging from 5 star luxurious mega complexes to cheap budget hostels. Still Kazna was the best one with its nice rooms, wood decorations and warmful staff. Excellent price/quality rate and if I ever visit Siem Reap again, I definately know which hotel I'll […] select. "5 star hotel quality"
I loved Siem reap and probably one of th reasons i loved it so much was my hotel experience! This hotel is a very easy 5 min walk from the night market and pub street but tucked away on a side street so non of the city street notices bother your nights rest. It's beautiful with a lilly pond to walk across up on entry. Every time i came back to the hotel […] they handed me a cup of home brewed lemongrass ice tea, an ice cold wet towel and or a glace of water. Staff is friendly, speaks good english and bent over backwards helping me with anything i needed. Wifi was good too. I have nothign nothing bad to say about this hotel! I think it truly rivals with any service of a 5 star hotel and the price was un beatable! Read more
"Great staff"
Great value for money, friendly staff and close to night market and pub street.
Good location - close walk to downtown area. Extremely friendly staff. Restaurant/bar area was very nice. Food was great. No hassles.
"Kazna Hotel"
This hotel is owned and run by a Cambodian family. The service is extremely friendly, welcoming you back from your trips out. Breakfast is had on the top floor of the hotel with views across the town. It is conveniently located within a couple of minutes walk to Pub Street and markets.
"a family hotel"
The kazna Hotel is very unique, it's not just a hotel its a family gathering which the guest is made feel a member of. The hotel is made entirely of wood and it looks just beautiful. When you arrive you are asked to remove your foot wear and are given a welcome drink. The management and staff are so friendly and helpful you really do feel like one of […] the family. the breakfast is eaten in either your room or on the top floor, a magnificent space to view the new day and like all breakfasts in S E Asia they cater for both Asian and Western tastes and this means an emphasis on eggs. The food needs to be ordered the night before off a menue. This hotel lacks a pool but the welcome and pampering the staff and management give there guests soon knocks all thoughts of a pool from your head. This is a great family run hotel that we will have fond memories of and when we left we were given the most beautiful departing gifts. We would stay in the Kazna if we returned to Siem Reap. "Relaxing stay"
Having been totally spoilt by the staff at the previous we found the staff not quite as friendly as others, but efficient. Hotel is a 5 min walk to town and markets along a dimly lit street which is safe enough area. Did not enjoy having to put shoes on outside door every time we came and went.
Given a room at ground floor. The room was located at the end of the corridor, near by back exit and kitchen. I wonder there were stil some others rooms available at the same floor. But my request to change to the other room was rejected. :( Anyway, Kazna hotel is a good place in terms of service, hospitality and location.

Read more
