Extremely wonderful experience at the hotel. Loved the view and very friendly and courteous staff, each one of them. Would love to visit the place whenever posssible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was the perfect escape I needed at the time. I'd stayed in the hotel 3x before, so I know & have seen the surrounding locations & area. This time it was all about doing nothing. The renovation of the hotel is excellent, personnel great, spa completely satisfying. Great choice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Pros: Recent renovations are fantastic, location is great, staff is friendly, valet parking price is relatively cheap (10 euros/night). Cons: Restaurant prices are high (33 euro for a regular burger), bathroom toiletries not restocked everyday (we needed to ask them everyday), no computers for airline check-in and boarding pass printing (but reception […] will print it if emailed to them). "Cannes Festival Option"
The rooms are quaint but the bathroom are sizable. The Hotel overall is older but not run down. The staff is great and they are very courteous. The bed (full size) is not comfortable is you're attempting to curl up with your mate/it was 2 twin mattress on top of full size box spring. The room service ends early and its nothing near the place to grab […] a quick bite to eat without driving. The location from Cannes is about 20 minutes. Each time the drive got shorter..lol. "Romantic getaway in France (but maybe too remote)"
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, it was very nice oriental design (which we like), very clean, private beach, beautiful garden in the hills, very nice set up of the property. There were few things we didn´t like about this place though: room service was not available 24 hours a day, lunch or snack not possible form 3pm until 7pm (what can you do […] if you are hungry if there is also no room service available that time?), hotel is quite remote from everything, if you want to explore a bit, you don´t find much. Only 2 local restaurants in close by harbour and 1 local pizzeria. Otherwise no shops around, you have to drive 5 km to nearest small town. Also breakfast was quite expensive if it is not included in the price (32 EUR per person). We know that prices in South France are not cheap but this place was quite over the top - it was our honeymoon so we didn´t mind too much but anyway.... Very nice hotel but next time we would probably stay somewhere else because of the location. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed here for a weekend in September for my husbands 40th and judging by our lovely stay we will be returning next year. The rooms are spacious, and the staff a very attentive. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing and the food is very good. Although it's 15-20mins drive to Cannes the scenic route is stunning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Excellent hotel, great service and amazing location. Only a couple of downsides, rather pricey menu with little choice. Staff were great and made our stay amazing. The room was a little on the small side, specifically nowhere to place suitcases. Overall I would definitely go again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Lovely hotel in a quiet spot, staff were outstanding. Aurore and team in spa were excellent and food by pool was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Had a quick one night escape to this property and experienced just what we were after. The Staff were all professional and made you feel welcomed from the moment you arrived. Fantastic room with a very comfortable bed. Will be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Such a special place"
From start to finish this hotel was a class act! Beautifully decorated, amazing rooms and facilities and staff were the best I've ever experienced!! The only thing I would say is it is pricey for food and drink but when you are in a bubble of such luxury it is totally not noticeable!! Loved it so much and we were devastated to leave!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff were charming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Dinner was excellent but breakfast was rather poor and expensive. Location for sea and sun is excellent but you do need a car to reach the local village and attractions.

Svimlende priser i minibaren 75 kr. for en cola.
We had booked two rooms in The Tiara Miramar hotel , which is beautifully decorated and situated in a gorgeous site. However it would be difficult to justify the expensive prices of a 5-star hotel : The "sea-view" room was blocked by the pool restaurant rooftop and enveloped in frying & roasting odors! The "hill-view" room had a roof view and other […] rooms appear to be overlooking the rooftops or cars! The air-conditioning didn't work and the technician promised to fix it but disappeared! The porter explained that the technician was short- sighted... The shower smelled like a sewer; unpleasant odors permeated the corridors. The room service brought in 3 bath gels (a room with a shower) instead of shampoo & conditioner. Many details were ill-designed such as: a very small room, no place for the suitcase, unclimbable beds; in the pool-side restaurant the square table-leg was so thick that there wasn't enough space for the diner's legs. Our beds were not separated as we had asked and we got the answer: "everybody had already gone home". We were told that we could have tea in the lobby for free. Yet, to our embarrassment, a waitress said that we should pay. We asked at the desk for 2 sun-beds to be reserved for us at the pool-side but it was not done. The plate we had ordered was too expensive for what we got. Upon checkout, we were required to pay dozens of Euros for beverages we had never consumed! Should a guest be considered a-priori as a thief and a liar!? Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Есть несколько моментов"
Отличный отель, удачно расположен. Персонал очень старается. Но на завтраке не хватает посуды, и обслуживающего персонала меньше чем необходимо. Приходится иногда долго ждать заказа, счета и тд. Это не проблема когда вы не хотите продавать продукт. Но люди и приезжают потратить деньги. В целом очень приятное впечатление. Надеюсь это болезнь роста.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Utrolig bra hotell!"
Kjempe bra hotell!

Perfekt getaway, smukt sted, god service.
Härlig frukost, men kostade 32 […] euro per person. Boka i Cannes.

"Newly renovated & with a private beach + garden"
10/13/14 JustInCase_10 Johannesburg, South Africa
The fact that this hotel had been recently renovated appealed. I was not disappointed. A successful face-lift with great design. Flat-screen TV in the room. WI-Fi, new furniture, comfortable bed with luxurious bed linen and a modern bathroom. The access to a private garden and a private beach is a big plus in this highly developed, access-controlled area of southern France. Our room had a sea-view from a private balcony - magnificent. Only negatives from me was the absence of a bath (shower only) and lack of tea/coffee-making facility in the room, thus having to phone room service and wait up to 15 minutes for a simple cup of tea.

Beautiful rooms (though small); beautiful private beach! Don't stay in Cannes or in St. Tropez - this is in the perfect spot in Cote d'Azure! Only an hour away from the Nice airport. The pictures on the website are a good showcase for the property. Here are some things to be aware of: 1. You must walk through the breakfast restaurant to get to the beach and room - subsequently when you are done swimming you must go through the restaurant. 2. There is not coffee pots in your room and a pot of coffee is $14 Euro 3. There is room service - that is priced exactly as that of the restaurants - there are two restaurants 4. The restaurant food is adequate - so therefore overpriced 5. The staff is exceptional! 6. Make a reservation for your lounge chair even if it is not busy (especially on a Sunday). No fee - but very limited seating - If it gets busy - you'll be out. All in all - a beautiful property!

This a review for lunch only - we can't comment on the state of the accommodation. Firstly, let me say that we are (or were) great fans of this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times in the last few years. Because our itinerary meant that we were passing through rather than staying in the area, we were keen to see the result of the improvements and therefore booked for lunch only. It started well and we were warmly greeted at 1:00 as our car was whisked away for us. The new terrace looks terrific if a little less homely. However, the service was abysmal. There were plenty of very busy looking waiters and waitresses who were all earnestly scurrying around but never seemed to be able to catch your eye. Eventually we ordered drinks and simple salads and a Miramar Burger for my son. The food took an age to come and when it did it was very average. The Caesar salad was uninspiring with pre-chilled chicken. My son's burger was just OK but the coleslaw was soggy and had no crunch. Simple things that you'd expect from a 3 star restaurant but this is supposed to be 5-star. Things should be more then OK. We were going to order a sweet but were fed up with being ignored at this stage. We couldn't find anyone to ask for the bill so paid on the way out. No-one asked us if we'd had a nice meal or thanked us for our custom. We just felt like a nuisance. On the way out we heard another couple complaining that they had waited an hour for lunch only to be told that the kitchen had closed. So not a terrible experience but Hotels must remember that every guest is important.
"Excellent staff, decent atmosphere, perplexing decor..."
08/31/14 MsQ_1215 New York City, New York
I must say, the staff do their very best here. They are welcoming, hardworking, and overall, lovely people. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the decor seems to have a Moroccan bend that you don't expect in the South of France. It's unfortunate that there's not much "beach" space and that you have to "sign up" for that and the pool spots a day in advance... At least it's quieter than smack in the middle of Cannes... Julie and Amadine always had a smile and were always willing to go above and beyond.

Very beautiful rooms. Excellent staff. Good breakfast, but some noise early in the morning when staff preparing breakfast in restaurant. Good beach with different kind of loungers, some loungers are in the garden. Slowly wifi. Cannes with a lot of restaurants - about 20 minutes by car.
If you enjoy a concrete beach, 10€ Coke in mini bar as well as 82€ for take away snack (2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of water) don't hesitate to choose this hotel. My superior room was overlooking the road and a plastic roof.
"Beautiful hotel, lovely setting, expensive"
08/25/14 SunshineBluesLondon London
We stayed for a couple of nights following four nights at the Yaktsa sister hotel up the road. The Miramar is a lovely hotel and larger with more communal areas and a better atmosphere. It is a better choice for families and couples looking for more to do. There is a lovely pool area, and place for sunbathing with steps into the sea and better dining and bar facilities. However, it is busier and you have to book your sunbed in advance unless you're happy to pay for the four poster beds or the VIP areas. For couples looking for a quieter stay, opt for the Yaktsa. We ended up with the most basic room, which faced the road and hill. It was lovely inside with good quality furnishings, but we missed our balcony and sea view following our stay at the Yaktsa. However, the additional facilities at the hotel and slightly cheaper drink prices made our stay more enjoyable overall. We dined at the a la carte restaurant and enjoyed our meal of lamb and risotto. Again, the prices were too high at €14 for a small strawberry tart and had they been more reasonable, we'd probably opted for the full three courses! Car parking is charged at €10 per day. We did not know this until we checked out. Fine if your have a sports car, but it turned out to be more expensive to park our hire car than it did to rent it each day! There was no parking charge at the Yaktsa. Both hotels are lovely and good choices if your staying on the French Riviera, however be aware that no breakfasts are included in the room rates, there are no in-room tea and coffee facilities and complimentary water is only provided on the first night. Standard sun beds are included but you have to pre-book. Prices are higher than most luxury 5 star hotels we've stayed in.
"Nice hotel but not the experience you'd expect for the price."
08/24/14 Rebecca V London, United Kingdom
This hotel was comfortable with a beautiful view out to sea. We received a very warm welcome from the reception staff. The lovely ladies who run the 'beach' (a concrete bathing deck) should be commended to for their attentive and exceptionally friendly service on the one day we did manage to secure sun loungers. The problem with the beach was there were no sun loungers available unless you booked at least a day in advance. Instead we opted to spend our days at an excellent private beach in Theoule itself that belongs to a restaurant called La Magellan and comes highly recommended. Be aware however that Theoule is a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel. Back to the hotel...there is one beach restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I agree with other reviews that this has a diner feel (albeit a smart one)! Breakfast was excellent but the lunch and dinner menus were limited, expensive we found them to be uninspiring. The service away from the beach we received was patchy to say the least (maybe the staff aren't quite up to speed yet - we understand the hotel has only been open for 4 months since its renovation). One evening we had to call 3 times and wait for 40 minutes for a bottle of water to be delivered to our room. Also, there was an interlocking door between our room and next door which wouldn't lock and the handyman couldn't fix. Thankfully we could access their room but they couldn't enter ours so we were trusted not to raid their minibar for the duration of our stay! Also note that the Boutique doesn't exist yet!!!!
"lovely place, lovely time"

This was our second stay at Miramar beach hotel and if you ask me to return I can do it instantly again. The boutique hotel has gone under e renovation which was visible not only in public areas but a complete refurbishment to the guest rooms giving much more comfort and luxury keeping the style to the oriental line. The service is a very strong point of the hotel and although during the period we stayed the structure was completely booked, you are lovingly cherished in the french style. You have smiles from your arrival to the daily communications and to the last moment of departure. You get used of reserving a table for you lunch by beach restaurant and to the beach seat although some people find it strange. Madame Magalle (sorry if I didn't wrote it correctly), Manon and Jeremy are so professional and prudent to satisfy everyone needs. Management staff is present "in action" to have chats and keep an eye on performance anywhere. The beach is very nice and you have your own privacy while in Cote d'azur beaches are a bit overpopulated during high season.
