Pros: Recent renovations are fantastic, location is great, staff is friendly, valet parking price is relatively cheap (10 euros/night). Cons: Restaurant prices are high (33 euro for a regular burger), bathroom toiletries not restocked everyday (we needed to ask them everyday), no computers for airline check-in and boarding pass printing (but reception […] will print it if emailed to them). "Cannes Festival Option"
The rooms are quaint but the bathroom are sizable. The Hotel overall is older but not run down. The staff is great and they are very courteous. The bed (full size) is not comfortable is you're attempting to curl up with your mate/it was 2 twin mattress on top of full size box spring. The room service ends early and its nothing near the place to grab […] a quick bite to eat without driving. The location from Cannes is about 20 minutes. Each time the drive got shorter..lol. Staff were charming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Dinner was excellent but breakfast was rather poor and expensive. Location for sea and sun is excellent but you do need a car to reach the local village and attractions.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quiet and relaxing"
It was our second stay at this hotel. We like the surrounding area and the ambience. Hotel staff is friendly and attentive. There was no pressure in the shower and water was a bit cold too. Apart from that the food at their restaurant on level 4 was far from being delicious...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Härlig frukost, men kostade 32 […] euro per person. Boka i Cannes.
Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Tiara Miramar Beach Hotel Cannes"

"Beautiful romantic retreat, 5* service!"

I debated between booking this hotel, and their sister hotel (The Tiara Yaktsa). In the end I feel we definitely made the right choice! We accidentally drove past the Valet but on exiting the car park the staff immediately ran up to greet us and took our bags from us. We were shown to the lounge next to reception and brought a complimentary welcome cocktail whilst we were checked in. They had managed to find our booking by looking at our luggage labels and the manager, Lauren, came down to personally welcome us to the hotel and ask us that if there was anything we needed, just to give her a call. Slick. We were shown around the newly refurbished hotel by Alexis who was incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us. We booked through Small Luxury Hotels and thus were given a free upgrade to a beautiful junior suite. The view was absolutely stunning, and all the better that we could enjoy it own private terrace with sun loungers. We elected to eat in the restaurant Moya which is described as their beachside restaurant and bar. I didn't have particularly high expectations knowing the hotel had 2 other "gastronomique" restaurants but I was so wrong! We shared the Cote de Boeuf which the most beautiful potatoes with garlic and chive sauce. We had eaten at Michelin starred restaurants during the trip but I must say this was one of my favourite meals. We also ate at the sister hotel restaurant our 2nd night which is also a must; it had the most beautiful view. I had worried that this hotel might not be targeted towards couples and more towards families, but in reality it was incredibly quiet. There were a couple of families but between the beach, the pool and the garden there was enough space for everyone and it felt very exclusive. My only ever so slight gripe was that the hotel was incredibly expensive. For example, cocktails were 20 euros each (more than you would pay in the most famous cocktail bars in London) and when we enquired about using a day bed (I had originally booked a prestige suite for the use of one of these) we were told they were 100 euros a day! Needless to say not one was in use the whole time we were these. However, the hotel itself is stunning after the renovation and the service was by far the best I have ever experienced. We are already planning our next trip back, thank you for a wonderful 2 nights.
"Exquisit boutique hotel in the South of France"

The hotel is located on a cliff in a small bay with a private beach. It has been newly renovated and is beautifully finished, but that is only the first impression. The staff is professional, very helpful and incredibly resourceful. When my luggage was misplaced by the airport companies -- between JHB-LHR-NCE -- they spent countless minutes if not hours on the phone tracing my suitcase, while I was having a grand time on the coast. The room we stayed in was luxuriously finished and it had a large balcony with a great view of the bay and the sea. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
"Great location, patchy service and seriously overpriced strawberries."

This hotel is set on the cliff side above the Mediterranean sea. Recently refurbished, rooms are comfortable and stylish with oriental touches (lamps, bedspreads), a mini bar, a hairdryer and a television. Head to the beach side for a relaxing sunbathe or drive into Cannes or nearby Theoule-sur-mer for a salad or a wander. What I didn't like: patchy service - having to ask for water three times, every day; that's boring, but doubly so when everything you have to ask for three times costs a fortune. (A small bowl of chopped strawberries at 14 euros took the prize...they weren't on the menu but on the pudding buffet...we wouldn't have ordered them if we'd known how much they cost). Ask for your room to be made up early. Our room was still not made upat 4.45pm, despite the hotel seeming fairly quiet to us. We requested it to be made up and it took a further half hour for a harrassed housekeeping team to arrive. The spa: lovely but again very expensive. Overall? Charming setting, but if you want to charge 14 euros for eight strawberries, I think everything else needs to be totally top notch. The extras - 200 euros for the bigger sun beds per day, just one example - felt unnecessarily expensive and the patchy service made this even more irritating.

I am travelling a lot and I try to avoid big Hotels. So far my favourite place was the Atlantic in Jersey. Overcoming some teething troubles the Tiara Miramar will be the number one. The Location is perfect when you open the eyes you see the red rocks and the blue sea Starting tthe Day with a deliicious breakfast in the Moya Restaurant right beside the sea, The lady who is responsible for the beach is outstanding friendly . The Hotel reopened after a complete renovation in April. The Hotel Team headed by the General Manager Mr. Montanteme is extremly service oriented and polite I am a demanding guest but I am sure that the Miramar will become the Number One hideaway !
"Great location, outstanding restaurant"
05/28/14 roberty87 London
Those of us who know and love Theoule-sur-Mer have, for the last couple of years, suffered from a lack of local special occasion venue. This arose as the Miramar Beach underwent a radical refurbishment, now happily completed. The new rooms that we were able to check, being occupied by friends, are elegant, service is generally good, the location remains entrancing and the beachfront restaurant where we dined achieves that difficult ideal, a classy informality that will surely make it a huge local favourite. Our crab salad and gambas with noodles were outstanding and the desserts trolley irresistible. There are, of course, cheaper local eateries, but none scales quite this height of excellence. A tiny grumble: the greeter who escorted us from the reception area to the restaurant was unnecessarily insistent that we should have booked, particularly as the restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived and only 70% full at is peak. The only "uncool" moment of our experience. We'll put it down to youth and excessive keenness. So, yes, we'll be back.
"Soon to be a great hotel, but..."

We stayed there for 3 nights in a Junior Suite with sea view. The hotel is located 4kms from Theoule s/mer so a car is strongly recommended. The hotel has been refurbished completely and is very nicely decorated and equipped (swimming pool, spa, tennis etc). Upon arrival, we could tell the staff was new as well as they were not completely fluent with the hotel. A couple of minor hickups (half empty bottles in the room minibar, car key wrongly tagged, pool bar closing at 6pm...) confirmed this first impression. Our room was on 3rd floor (below reception level) and had a very nice terrace with a stunning view on the bay... Everything was new in the room so difficult to catch out... EXCEPT: when the sofa was converted into a bed for our son, it was then impossible for us to reach the bathroom from our bed (without climbing and crawling onto his bed in the dark). I may sound picky but for a 4* (and 4* pricing) you don't expect any issue at all. Since we were 2 families with 3 children we decided to eat/drink outside of the hotel, so I cannot further comment on F&B, however the pool/beach restaurant looked appealing. All in all, a nice hotel soon to be a great hotel when heading full speed.

After the completely Renovation it is a very good Hotel with Fine Food, Good and friendly Service. I enyoyed the beautiful seaview from my Room and from the restaurant. This Hotel is stylish, Elegant and a Good Place for,Families and Couples. The Rooms were tidy and and they had a good Atmosphere. I'll come back.

For the new Miramar Beach Hotel to open! We popped in last week and it's looking stunning. Tiara hotels have completely revamped the hotel and are creating a stylish, luxe venue in a fabulous location. Roll on the mid April opening!
"Nice location at the sea"
02/18/13 Janet8000 Frankfurt, Germany
We stayed two nights at this hotel near Cannes. It is located directly at the sea at a rock overlooking the Mediterranean. The complex is arranged very nice, with little stairs, flowers and pine trees and one can find many places for relaxing or viewing the sea. The restaurant has a breathtaking view and big panoramic windows. Staff is not overwhelming friendly, but well, that`s France. The same is true for breakfast. It was fine, but not overwhelming. Although the hotel has seen its best days some years ago, it still is charming. Our room was large and quite nice, although the bathroom might need some refurbishment. By the way, it’s not a modern hotel.

Fifteen minutes from Cannes, yet secluded. Beautiful view of the Esterel mountain and the sea. Superb staff, very friendly. Wonderful room with a terrace large enough to sit and have a drink. Only drawback: our bathroom did not seem to have ventilation to get rid of water condensation. "The beach" is not really a sand beach.
