It was disappointing that there was not some kind of breakfast included in the night's stay. This used to be a benefit of Holiday INN.. Even a little continental breakfast would be good. Otherwise, all was good.

The Holiday Inn is a nice hotel. No major thrills, but a good weekend stay for a Reds game. Hotel is clean, however needs minor room attention like stains on carpet, chipped tile. Over priced. No free breakfast. They couldn't print me a receipt because I didn't book directly with them. Elevator was painfully slow. The Coke machine took my money.......and I was only there 7 hours.

Booked this hotel for a long weekend. We wanted to swim in the "heated" pool, which turned out to be ice cold. Before heading in to the pool, we realized that there were no towels available, and let the front desk staff know. They told us that they would bring towels, which never arrived. We got in the pool and quickly realized that the heat was NOT […] on, and we still had no towels. We had to stand in the shower in our room for 20 min just to thaw out! The floor of the shower in our room was not attached, and actually moved when you walked on it. Someone (not us) hung a do not disturb sign after the first night, so no towels or coffee for the next morning. Very limited staff in the bar in the evening, but eventually we did get service, but not much of a drink selection. The rooms are nice and well decorated, but I can't say much else about this hotel. Aside from a slight problem with key cards which was corrected immediately, our stay was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good night sleep after being on the road all day. Also, the food in their restaurant was excellent.

This was not a good visit... I felt the hotel was cheaply constructed... you could see through the outside door ( around the door) the shower floor felt like it was not properly attached .. The floor drain in the shower was not attached... For the price.. this hotel was not of the quality and worth the stay...

Restuarant service is VERY slow and the quality is mediocre at best. However, the room and other areas were very nice. Beds were in good shape and the down-like comforters were nice. Pool was small, but warm enough and clean. Towels were at a premium, but it's like that everywhere.

I have paid the same amount for other Holiday Inn Express and a great breakfast was included. I was very disappointed that big prices were required in the restaurant which appeared to be very under utilized. the lounge was not something i was interested in either. We were in Florence for a family reunion and stayed at the Holiday Inn. It's a newer hotel and in great condition. I didn't notice that there was no free breakfast at the hotel so that was the only downside, and that was my fault. We'd definitely stay there again.

Nice rooms furnishings seem new and clean. Staff not overly friendly or available. Twice I went down to front desk to find it unoccupied. Bartender great and helpful with a bottle of wine we brought and no opener. She was wonderful!

The room's where had a lot of space and was clean and the beds where very comfortable, and when you have drove along ways that means alot. The service was great too. Everyone there was very pleasant. I would diffently go back there.

The Holiday Inn was a welcomed sight after just missing a tornado by 3 minutes. I headed straight to the bar to calm my nerves and apparently I wasn't alone. Food was good, room very clean and the king bed was comfortable. Very convient to I-75. Recently rennovated or just built but appeard new.
