We have stayed at this hotel many times for family trips. We love it! There were small maintenance issues (loose pegs on hanging racks, not enough hot water in second bathroom), but nothing that bothered us greatly. The only downside to staying here, is the location. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was in great shape and had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable when we were not out doing activities. It was a beautiful resort with everything in the room. The size of the room was great and everyone enjoyed the stay. The only problem was a wheelchair was not able to fit in the master bedroom bathroom. Other than that the wheelchair could get around great in the room.

I arrived early before check in time from the airport and not only did the front dest go ahead and let me check in, they gave me an upgraded room. The room was immaculately clean and everything was stocked in the kitchen that I needed. I loved the fireplace and the big jetted tub. I felt like I was at home in this resort. 1. We stayed four nights at this location during their off-season near the end of October. The location was not busy. 2. We arrived at 3pm but the check-in time was at 4pm and we were not given access until then "because the room we were assigned was not ready". 3. We had to get replacement swipe cards several times because they simply quit working […] - and we didn't have them close tom our cell phones,etc. 4. Recognize this is a time-share location and the sales people called our room at least 8 times. 5. Our suite faced the airport so it was loud, especially being near the helicopter pad. 6. Room was exceptionally clean. 7. Lastly, checkout time was at 10am. Two different staff members actually came to our door between 9 and 10am to see if we were out yet. In summary, nice facilities, friendly staff, but the location is not great and the operations at the motel need some tweaking as listed above. I would not go back, nor recommend. Sorry. Read more

Great reception staff. The location was great for a family with kids. It is close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer, but secluded enough to not have to bother with the teenager and late night crowd.

The Staff was ok once they realized we weren’t buying into the time share the service was just average. The pool area surrounding grounds where well maintained. Good locations to stay for golf get away close to both central Myrtle course and Pawley’s Island.

I had three reservations and expected that the rooms would be close to each other. One was in a separate building and made the communication a little challenging and the logistics due to the children traveling with us. the other was on the other side of the same building again for the same reason the children. I did expect for some reason a continenal […] breakfast or at least a place on site where could purchase breakfast quickly for the kids without going onto the main road. The resort is beautiful and has all of the amenities that we wanted. You are actually renting a condo, so you need to know that there is no daily cleaning or upkeep of your room. If you want your room serviced you have to pay extra for it. I stayed in a similar situation in Las Vegas, a resort, but they serviced the room for people who were non-owners, paying a daily rate. I was a little disappointed about that. This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very well kept and when we went they were remodeling all the rooms. Our room had already been done and looked really good. There is plenty of room and you definitely feel more at home than you would at a regular hotel. The only issue I have is they do try to get you to tour this facility and other facilities […] they own to try and get you to buy a time share. We were only there for two nights and didn't want to use the little time we had touring. The guy seemed kinda shocked by the fact we didn't want to do it and acted as if we were an inconvenience.
