      The hotel was in a great location, close to Gunstock where we went snowboarding the next day. A very comfortable and quiet room!

      My family and I had a great time there. My 93 year old mother in law was kept busy drawing the fabulous views and the two 13 year olds loved the pools and games. It was great having a kitchen. Neighbors were a bit noisy, but that can't be helped. Maybe we were too. We will be going back if we can get the same rates.

      If I could give it 10 stars out of 5, I would. What a great place to stay! The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast and service were awesome. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the jacuzzi tubs are an extra bonus. I would not hesitate to go back again.

      Overall, this place was great -very clean with friendly staff and a decent continental breakfast. My only minor issue was the shower was a little short of hot water on one occasion - not cold, but not as hot as it should have been. Location is right next to a major road - not in town - but if you're there for the skiing, lakes, or mountains, it's a good convenient base.

    We were only there for one night as we were there to see the Doobie Bros/Chicago concert. What little time we were there was awesome. Condo was clean... and comfortable with all amenities. After the concert we were able to sit out on the deck. It was quiet and peaceful. Had all kitchen utensils etc to fix breakfast in the morning. Hotel desk clerk was super. One of us was stung by a wasp, she was very helpful and aloud us a little extra time to check out. Would definitely go back for a longer stay. Close to Weirs Beach, Meadowbrook, etc..     My boyfriend and I and our friends enjoyed our stay. It was our first time there. The room was wonderful. We did wish we had 2 showers instead of one cause getting ready was a bit of an issue but the nice jacuzzi tub was awesome!Better then what we expected.The kitchen and whole room was awesome! The general service was wonderful very helpful and nice. […] They were able to hold our food in fridge ona hot day when we got there too early. The pool facilities were amazing!When we didn't get some of the information from the site that I made the reservations for The Head Desk Manager was a little rude about it. Maintenance in the room was borderline. There were loose bricks by the fireplace that were not cemented in.     I don't frequent this region, and I know there are plenty of comfortable hotels and inns from which to choose. I also don't normally go for timeshare stays since they tend to feel so "lived in." This overnight stay felt like I was staying at someone's home. Lived in, dated, a bit tired, dressed up by an owner who was handy but not a handyman. The "fireplace" […] was a plastic mold with a projected flame on it that didn't emit warmth. Pluses include wifi. Good heat. A great looking indoor pool (forgot my kid's suit!). Minus in addition to above: loud wooden outside and thin doors. Tiny second BR with twins. Worst feature: a 10:00 (!) checkout. I am rarely ready to depart by 10. Read more

    Great condo! Clean, close proximity to Lake Winni, mini golf, ropes course(Monkey, Trunks,) the town of Meredith. My family of 5 enjoyed their stay. We only stayed one night...most places have minimum 2 night stays.

    Our experience at the Summit Resort was great. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Having a fully equipped kitchen, and in room washer and dryer were a big plus. The amenities building was a huge hit with the kids, the view from the room was wonderful, and we were surrounded by places to go and things to do. It would be nice if the room was […] maintained a bit better, but it was clean. It wasn't the best experience having a shower interrupted because the faucet was leaking into the unit below, but the maintenance staff was polite and handled the issue quickly and professionally. The area around the crown molding should definitely be scraped and painted. There were also a few ants in the room, but that could have been due to the seasons changing. Overall I think the Summit Resort is a great place to stay, and for the price you really can't beat it. We plan on returning next year. Read more

    I was very impressed with the quality of this resort. I had a batcheorette party there. There was enough comfortable sleeping for all of us. We enjoyed the pool very much, it was so much fun.
