The staff was very friendly and helpful! My only suggestion would be to give more detailed instructions on how to arrive from the airport to the hotel. It is not included in the hotel shuttles and we had a hard time finding out how to take the public transportation. Ended up taking a taxi which cost €40. But it is worth the trouble. Very nice hotel and includes a nice breakfast. We would definitely stay again if visiting Amsterdam.

I have stayed at the Apollo Hotel several times over the last 4 years and it is consistently clean, and the staff is genuinely helpful. They charge a premium for Executive rooms, (meaning they are larger then average), but really the standard room is large enough. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in the Netherlands, withe several hot and cold choices each day. Due mostly to its location the street side rooms can be a bit noisy, but the ones facing the inner courtyard are very quiet and quite nice.

Had a good stay at the Malie. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the maid service was inconsistent. One day the room was cleaned nicely, the next not so much. But I would stay at the Malie again.

I highly recommend this hotel. We were greeted by super friendly staff. It's Excellent for business travel. Amersfoort was a terrific surprise - quaint... lovely town. There are loads of restaurants and shops. The 3 meals we ate in this town could probably be in my top ten lists of meals- especially the dinner at In Den Vollen Pot. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip in which I needed to work in the room at the conclusion of my day. The desk chair was VERY uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time at all. Even more disturbing was the VERY poor quality of the bed. It was so hard that I actually had to fold the comforter over to create some sense of padding to sleep […] on and have a second comforter brought up for warmth. On that front, the fact that the heat would turn off when I was not in the room meant that when I came in from the day out, the room was cold and took a long time to reach a comfortable temperature. I have more business to conduct in Holland, but I will look for a different hotel to stay in. On the plus side, the room was large and clean and the bathroom was as well. But, when it is difficult to sleep and work because of the poor comfort, these are hardly consolation. Read more

The staff were really super and went out of their way to help. There was secure parking for bicycles too. The hotel is very modern and comfortable, but perhaps lacks a little personality. Located near the station, but not a bad walk to the centre.

I picked this hotel because its close to the train station and has good reviews. I must say, I was very happy with my visit. I had my 20 mth old daughter with me and she loved it. They provided a high chair and had melamine dishes, cutlery, colouring books and colouring pencils, etc for children. Breakfast was lovely, a good spread with soya alternatives. The hotel itself is fine, and I will probably stay there again. But the staff is a bit hit-and-miss. Had some problems with a booking extension where the staff could have been much more helpful.

Stayed here again. It's a nice hotel and a good location close to the railway station and city centre. Parking is convenient in the garage even if the entrance to it is somewhat difficult to find! Staff is very friendly.

Kamer netjes. De voorzieningen van de kamer zijn goed, ik had eigenlijk nog wel een minibar verwacht bij dit type hotel. Wifi (met inlogcode) gratis, ik kreeg op verzoek meerdere inlogcodes.
