My husband and I came to play poker in Jacksonville and were looking for a nice hotel. Tripadvisor rated this one as 7th out of 132. I usually look for... a slightly cheaper hotel, but most all of them in the area were about the same price. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was very friendly and thorough, especially at front desk. I think the girl was Kayla that worked the night we came in. This hotel is in an odd location- a little hard to find. The view from our window was of a Lowe's store and its parking lot. Overall, though, it worked for us in terms of location to the Everbank Stadium and downtown. Close to malls with stores, movie theater and chain restaurants.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and will stay again. Rooms have been great except this past visit the bathroom floor was not very clean, otherwise the rest of the room was perfect.

Nice place to stay. Checked in after 9pm after a long day of travel. Checkin was quick & easy and staff were helpful and welcoming. Small cafe area open until 10 pm to grab a quick bite to eat. Limited but, nice selection in the little market and the cafe. Convienent "locator" system for restaurants, businesses ect. available in lobby. Rooms are bright […] & pretty. The bed was COMFORTABLE!!! Refrigerater, Microwave & Coffee in room very useful. Coffee & Hot water until late in evening in lobby area is also nice. Clean pool and hot tub in courtyard area. Pool good size for kids and/or swimming a few short laps. We will definitely make this hotel we use when we go to Jacksonville to visit family. Suggestions for improvement: a second washer in the guest laundry room would be a good addition. Read more

The staff were friendly and helpful. Since this a review I'll list the small issues we had...the A/C never really cools the room off (we slept with just the sheet and it was fine), the fridge never really chills your soda, the bathtub has non-slip adhesive which is fine for a shower but not so much for taking a bath (it feels like little spikes).
