This is an absolute excellent Hotel! The reviews are true pertaining to the quality and service that you receive. The Staff was excellent and the rooms were outstanding! I would definately recommend this Hotel to anyone!

This is a very nice hotel for travelers passing through the area. There is no restaurant or bar in the facility so you'll need to go elsewhere to dine. We highly recommend Old Bay Steamers Restaurant just east of the hotel about a mile. The room was very clean and the amenities were what one would usually expect. LAN connectivity was a plus. This hotel was very dark,lights were dim. The air conditioner was very loud and didn't seem to be efficient. The reviews I had read said the hotel was in walking distance to the beach. in fact it was not. The bay was in walking distance, the ocean was at least 1 to 1 1/2 miles away. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the courtesy, the quietness, and the breakfast. The hotel was located within walking distance of downtown Fort Walton. We knew in advance that we would have to drive to the beach, but it was not a problem. The hotel pool was very nice, too. I would certainly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. We was not far from stores, beaches, and resturants. The hotel staff were all very friendly and nice to my family. Our room stayed nice and cool at night. This hotel was even better than expected! Chose this hotel because of price, location, and previous customer reviews. So glad I did! The staff were very friendly, they called as soon as we got to the room to make sure everything was up to standard. Room was very clean, smelled clean but not overly like cleaner. Very clean hotel, full breakfast buffet, clean pool and hot tub. Clean family environment, only the beaches were a mile away and there was not much activities for the children only to swim in the hotel pool. Its more of a business persons atmosphere with media center, gym, and wireless internet.

We would stay here again. The staff was helpful, accomodating, friendly and even called us after we left to say they had found my husband's watch in our room and would hold it for us at the front desk. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Clean- true, but very poor quality beds, springs poking your back, poor quality sheets, lumpy pillows.
