I arrived to an empty front desk waited 5 mins then called the hotel from the front desk to find the phone on the counter. Besides this lack of service it was a nice and clean hotel.

The staff was very kind to us taking care upon arrival of my request to switch to the queen suite. Also very kind to extend a later check out which helped with my daughter who was ill the next morning. Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast was not very much to choose from but that would be only complaint.

The location is convenient to downtown Atlanta and surrounding area. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Access to the hotel was easy and nearby the I-75 interchange. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
